I broke my screen, I went and checked every where for one then .....

decided to stop here. Lol should have gone here first!!!!!!

my charger was hinky at the connector to the phone, i went in expecting a new USB connector and a $100 repair charge. The tech took it, said he would be back shortly. 3 minutes later he handed it to me and said "here you go", and further inquiry led to him telling me the connector had a lot of gunk in there, and he cleaned it ... no charge.
He COULD have waited 15 minutes and said he replaced the connector and I would have been none the wiser- but he didn't. He was honest and provided a good service and a good deed. I just found there store but will be sure to return when any of my electronics need support. I appreciate the way I was treated.

The staff was all wearing masks, which was great and consistent as I've been here twice now. They fixed my phone the 1st time replacing the screen that was bad. Later I discovered a dead spot in the center, when I called they said to bring it back so they could look at it. After their checking it out they replaced the screen again no problem, no complaints. It was a great find to know that they honor their work with a warranty and they honor the warranty with out issue.

I'm very happy to have come here and will bring any of my electronics to them in the future.

Yes fixed my Xbox X same day and are great at communicating!!! If anything at my home is broken I will send it to them!

Gone are the days where you could go to any Radio Shack to get a useful computer part, forcing us to dig online. Thank goodness for Fixoid coming in for the rescue! My friend who isn't technately savvy had no luck finding a laptop at any of the big name stores. Someone recommended this spot and they hooked them up at a very affordable price. I made a second visit to pickup some small items like cables and RAM for older model laptops and they had them too! They do it all here and I hope they stay in business because with everyone working from home; we need these guys!

Ok this place has been a life saver anytime my phone breaks (which happens to be often for me)
I had years of photos and important contacts on my phone that weren't backed up, and when I tried going through apple care, they told me I will lose it because they would do a complete reset of my phone/or possibly even replace it. I didn't want that, so I went to this place and within hours my phone was good as new and all my data saved. Thankful for the fast and reliable service they provide

A while back fixed my wife's screen on her iPhone same day within the hour! I also appreciated the explanation of used parts, knock-off parts, and OEM quality parts. Very pleased with the results!

There wasn't a line when my Darling Husband and myself arrived at this Fixoid. I needed a diagnostic service on my device. I was quoted a flat fee. I might have that done later. I asked about the discount for Senior Citizens. I was told I don't yet qualify. I spoke with the Clerk about Metroid... who is featured on my tote bag. And,... my Husband asked about the prices of the different models of laptops available for purchase. They are all locked up because too many criminals like to steal from the nearby Target store at Mall 205. And, yes,... there is a TriMet bus stop, and a MAX stop within walking distance of the front door in case there is an accident with your device and you need it fixed... but can't quite figure out what the next probable thing to do is. Don't call IT... they will tell you that you'll need it serviced for sure. ;) I used to walk to Target Pre Pandemic and sometimes I shop at the Mall stores.... or go to the restaurants that are located nearby. I recommend the Minestrone soup if you are nearby. Bring your friend who knows about gadgets or more about technology than you do... if you need to know which device you'll need for your specific tasks. There weren't any potholes out front... which is great!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! I am extremely disappointed. I was "baited & switched" here. Do not use this company!!!! I took my S21 in with a broken screen to be fixed. The cashier took it in the back & told me it's an Ultra so it's going to cost more, total price $229. I think to myself, okay fine higher than I thought but they are nice & fast. Paid $229 & left my phone. I go back to pick up my phone, they said you told us it's an s20 plus and we had to open it up to see it was a ultra. I replied, no we have already had this conversation. You took it in the back and said this in an Ultra. After some discussion of them telling me I lied to them.... did not happen.... they wouldn't let me leave with my phone without a broken screen placed back on or paying $100 more!! $329 for a new screen!? What!? I'm Livid. I could have traded it in or picked another spot to fix my phone. I know what happened - they either bait and switched me or they screwed up and charged the wrong price / the wrong item. I know exactly what they said. I will be turning them into BBB. $329 is a lot of money especially when they saw me, I was in there with my baby. Horrible experience. Screens do not cost anywhere close to this price. The 2 nice people in the waiting room said the same thing. They looked worried what their bill was going to be too.... customers are not right here. I'd love to see their video of our conversation and prove I did not lie.

Awesome service! Walked in to get an iPad repaired and they took care of me in a matter off minutes and didn't charge much! I will be back!
