I scheduled several appointments for bids on a AC install thru Home Adviser and I picked Flawless Air Mechanical. They did a great Job, two Techs (Naviet and Alan) arrived on time and completed the install in one day including removing the old Swamp Cooler. All of the employees I had contact with were professional and courteous.

We hired Flawless Air during a very hot summer and was very pleased with the price, service, and professionalism. It has been two years and am pleased to say it has been one of the best investments we have done in this changing Colorado climate.

Technician showed up on time (a first)! And not in an "appointment window" yet for an actual, single-time appointment (so I didn't have to waste half of a day waiting around).
Technician diagnosed the issue and offered a bid. I paid the $49 service charge (bid fee)? The bid was higher by double over the company I actually hired to complete the work.
Professional and easy to work with yet I just don't think that I will use them due to their high prices.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jordan W.Denver, CO1772Dec 7, 2017First to Review
I scheduled an appointment online through Home Advisor. Didn't hear back from the company until the morning of the appointment, advising me that they would be on time. I was looking for an estimate for a whole-home humidifier. Two guys showed up, both relatively young, and they took roughly 15 minutes to give me an estimate and explain everything. They had an opening that afternoon for one of their installers, so I committed. It couldn't have been easier. The installer came out and did a great job installing the humidifier. Great company, easy to work with! I even signed up for their annual maintenance plan for only $8/month. I definitely feel comfortable with this company, the work they did, and look forward to them maintaining my HVAC for years to come.

Excellent customer service and follow through from start to finish on our AC and furnace replacement project. Very simple pricing packages that include everything - no hidden costs. professional and knowledgeable staff; service team was even early to start the job.

I really wanted to like these guys, as they were friendly, and veterans like myself. Unfortunately, their quality of work was seriously lacking. After installing our new AC and furnace, the condensation pump began to overflow. The receptacle that it was plugged into lacked a neutral and a ground (which also left the furnace ungrounded), causing the pump to fail. Had they wired the overflow switch, it would have shut down the AC, preventing water from leaking throughout my attic, through my ceiling, and into the carpet below. I had warned them several times that the electric in the attic wasn't wired correctly, however, they either neglected to listened, or simply didn't care. They denied all liability for the resulting damage, despite clearly having not wired up the overflow pump. Additionally, they left a pile of garbage in our attic, and failed to removed the old furnace. I don't even care that when I called the tech, claiming that our AC was not effectively cooling the house, that he gave me attitude, I just don't appreciate the poor workmanship and inability to give credit where credit was do. Again, I really wanted to give these guys five stars, but they really earned a two star rating. Very disappointing.

We used Flawless Air Service to install central A/C. The staff was fast, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Overall I was very satisfied with the whole process! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, was they left insulation on our washer/dryer and miscellaneous scraps outside and in the room where it connects to our furnace. A bit more after-work cleanup would have been great. My puppy is still finding their leftover stuff near the A/C unit. Other than that, everything was great!

Maybe this review is due to poor communication but didn't get what I was expecting. Called due to good reviews asking for annual maintenance of my hvac system. Nothing was wrong or not working, just routine maintenance. Set up appointment with guy on phone and he said "check up" was $39. That should have been the clue. Normally annual maintenance runs about $120 since all filters are changed and some cleaning of systems as needed. Systems also tested as part of maintenance. Employee shows up as planned and looks at my two furnaces and two a/c units. Tests efficiency. Brings no filters or equip other than the tester. Gives me a diagnostic report that basically says everything is running pretty good for age and might consider cleaning a/c coils as slightly dirty. The invoice says "tune up" but not really. Should have said evaluation. He then said check up was normally $59 and he should double that b/c I had two of each but he would just charge $80. I wasn't looking for diagnosis (again nothing wrong) and I would have rather applied that $80 to a maintenance call. Definitely their prices are kind of what they are feeling at the time. Changing my own filters this time.
