Flawless Salon and Medical Spa

I've been going to Flawless Salon for nearly 2 years and highly recommend. Patience is extremely knowledgeable. Ladies starting or going through menopause, if you haven't tried pellets run and look into them immediately. Call Patience, she can answer all your questions. They are 100% worth feeling like you. You know what I mean if you're going though it.

Fabulous massage with Larry! I have seen him weekly now for prenatal massages towards the end of my pregnancy. He's the absolute best. Super respectful and listens to your needs/wants. I'm so glad he's here.

Have also gotten nails done here -- takes a little long (1 hour each for mani/pedi), but good service.

And have gotten Botox at their old location. A little pricey ($12/unit, I think), but no complaints.

FYI: Address is inaccurate on yelp. The salon/spa is in the Copper King Hotel by the airport. Hours are 10a-7p M-F, 10-6 sat, 10-5 sun. Appointments recommended.

A bit confusing. I called repeatedly on Sunday during business hours but nobody ever answered the phone. It was Father's day, but still expect something. I do not like leaving my number for callbacks.
A second but of confusion is that the address in Yelp, and the address on their website are different. Also, the hours do not match. I submitted edits to the Yelp business based on the information actually posted on their site, but find this discrepancy annoying.
I tried calling again Monday, but they never answer. Once, I got a message "Customer has not set up voicemail" which indicates that somebody was on the phone, and therefore somebody is there, but when I immediately called back, somebody picked up and hung up on me.
So, I am giving this business a single star. I expect somebody to answer the phone at some point. The business information is not up to date, another minus,
We were just passing through, expect more professionalism from a business than I experienced here.

[As a side note, I find businesses that screen all their calls through voicemail to be suspicious. Are they avoiding creditors? Legal problems? Not making an accusation, but this is a red flag for me.]

I recently went to flawless with a friend for pedicures. The entire time the two girls did nothing but gossip about another employee or former employee. Made our pedicure depressing. We have gone here several times since opening but this time will be our last. We both feel that way. The girl with the short hair forgot to do my lotion. I'm very dissatisfied. We wanted to relax and talk. We didn't want to hear about flawless gossip. Very unprofessional.
