my husbanI first worked with Dyaa in 2016 for a whole condo renovation north of Houston, ordering floors, countertops, floor, and wall tiles from him. The price was under budget, and the trades he provided did excellent work.

We then renovated the bathrooms at our home in The Woodlands. Again, when I walked in for the budget meeting--the moment he told me how much all the beautiful things we wanted would cost--his price came in UNDER my "I won't pay more than this," price. That was in summer of 2017, and even though the timing of the job ultimately hit after Hurricane Harvey (when Houston was in repair mode), he completed it on time.

In 2018, my in-laws condo flooded, and we went to Dyaa again to get floor tiles and countertops for their remodel.

Fast forward to 2022, and we are doing a down-to-the-studs renovation on our next home in The Woodlands. Although Dyaa has now established his business in Austin, we are still getting everything from him. This time, we will hire the trades, but told potential GCs at their interviews that we have our flooring and hard surfaces guy who gets us the best prices, so we only need their labor. Since Dyaa sells many national brands, he has arranged for us to get the products from warehouses in Houston.

Dyaa could move anywhere, but as long as he is in the flooring, tile, countertops (and more) business, we will go to him for those needs. You cannot go wrong working with Dyaa!!

I was very fortunate to have come across Dyaa AKA Elias for my carpeting needs. I spoke with many carpet providers and shopped around quite a bit to find a balanced price and quality workmanship when it came time to replace my carpets.

Elias did a fantastic job in providing us few recommendations without overwhelming us with options. I loved that he asked us multiple qualifying questions to determine our needs and concerns, then quickly narrowed down to few carpet options best suited. There was no overselling, no pressure to buy, and more importantly he is a man of his word.

Overall, it was a super pleasant experience not only from the sales side but also from installation perspective. Elias's installation crew were very courteous and did an impressive job. Comparing to the job that the national builder's contractors did when we had bought our home, these guys did a 10X better job. The crew is very experienced and the job leader knows what he is doing!

Excellent service. I called on Saturday and two rooms were done Tuesday. Dyaa set up the job. Easy to work with on the materials I wanted. The crew was in and out in just over a half day. Everything looks great. They cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. Tip these guys! The bid was the lowest I got, they turned the job around super quick, and it's a high-quality install. What more could you want?
