Dr. Tran and his staff are the best of the best. Everything regarding my treatment plan was spelled out prior to any treatment. No surprises.

The staff were very accommodating and had sensed of humor. Even Dr Tran. After he numbed me for a filling, he asked me "Are you having any pain?" I answered " Nope". He then said to me " "That's too bad"! I pretty much had to laugh.

My teeth were cleaned and the person who cleaned my teeth was very thorough and took her time. Over 25 minutes. No muss no fuss and no blood. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment today.

I absolutely love my hygienist Jil.
I've requested her for ALL of my future appointments because she :
#1) Does NOT ever cause me ANY pain.
#2) ALWAYS makes me comfortable and at ease.

I've seen plenty of other hygienist at OTHER dentists offices for many years who have hurt me, but Jil at Magnolia FLOSS is the greatest. I'm so happy to have had such a knowledgeable and caring hygienist.
I adore her and her skill. I promise...YOU WILL TOO.

Super excited and pleased with the work I received from Floss Dental. I have been dealing with 2 chipped bottom teeth since a child. In less then 45 minutes this amazing dentist changed my smile, I absolutely love my smile now. I highly recommend this office, the staff is amazing and the work is outstanding.

I wish I would have gone somewhere else for my implant. I believed that my infected root canal treated tooth was extracted and an implant was placed. Instead the tooth was "sectioned" and a part of it was left in my jaw. Many months of pain and dental appointments later I discovered that I had some of the tooth left in my jaw. I had to have surgery to get the infected tooth removed and my implant failed. I don't like looking in the mirror anymore and don't have any closure on why the tooth wasn't extracted like I requested.

This dentist was amazing ! They didn't accept my insurance which was a bummer but I am so glad I decided to keep my appointment ! They were able to fix 2 fillings for me on the spot and I was in and out in under an hour and a half ! Also I told the Doctor that I had nerves revolving around the drill and she brought in a laser machine in so she was able to complete it without a drill! Overall I will be coming back for future needs ! Thank you for going above and beyond !

If I can give zero stars that's what they deserve. I am entitled to 2 cleanings a year with my coverage. Demanding I pay out of pocket for a deep cleaning is unacceptable. If it is medically required as they made it seem then it should be covered by my coverage. I had no choice they said and could not take advantage of my routine cleaning. Noones ever on the same page. Last time I was there the actual Dr. told her there was no co payment which I knew there wasn't and the front desk had a bill waiting for me. I will take my business somewhere else that will honor my coverage.

I wouldn't recommend this dental office to anyone. I went in as a new patient and realized pretty quick that I didn't want to be there. There are WAY TOO MANY people working here for only one dentist and an oral surgeon. The girl at the front desk was very nice, and most of the employees were generally friendly, but the issue is that they try to create a problem, so they can charge you to fix it. I have been diligent about my teeth since I was a kid. I generally do not have any issues with cavities, etc. I have very good oral heath habits, but I do have some small bad habits that I can't control. They gave me an exam and during the exam, the hygienist was overly aggressive with my teeth, in a way that I had not experienced before. When the doctor Catherine Castillo came in, she became even more aggressive. She might as well have put a nail and hammered it into my gums the way she poked me until I bled. Then, she took pictures of my bleeding gums and told me I had gum disease and wrote up a ridiculous $4K plan of how to fix it!!!! I left before I ever got my teeth cleaned!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I researched other doctors and found a great practice (within eight days) and explained to them everything that I went through, as well as the diagnosis I was given. They cleaned my teeth, performed another exam without pain, and told me that I do not have any signs of gum disease!

FLOSS DENTAL and Dr. Castillo are SCAMMERS!

STAY AWAY!

Seems their fees are way higher than other DDS in the area. Although, a very kind hygienist

I am so pleased with the care given here. They definitely go the extra mile in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of their patients. They are very knowledgeable and honest as well as friendly, which makes for a great experience.

Got my teeth cleaned today by Sarah! She was awesome and so nice! Did an amazing job and was very informative!
