Four Seasons Fireplace & Chimney

Absolutely terrible company to deal with and I'd encourage anyone to steer clear of them. I scheduled an inspection and cleaning for $249 and when the tech (Joe) came out he worked for 30mins (ring cameras at front door and watching both rooms with fireplaces) and then announced that my chimney had loose tiles and he couldn't clean it. He then checked the wood burning stove and said it was outdated and he couldn't clean or inspect it (home is less than 25yrs old). He said a report would be sent to me with pictures explaining the problems and left. The next day I get an invoice for $349 and when I call the office to ask about the difference in quote the office manager (as she identified herself) was rude and condescending telling me that there might have been endangered animals in my chimney and that their insurance doesn't allow them to clean outdated equipment. While trying to explain that I was unhappy paying and not getting a cleaning she cut me off several times mid-sentence and was very rude from beginning to the end of the conversation when I asked to speak to the owner or manager. A few hours later I get a threatening email from Dion Martorella - Ops Mgr who says I "have refused to pay my invoice" and goes thru a whole list of reasons why they are right and I am wrong. I never refused to pay an invoice and just wanted to find out why it was not the agreed upon price and why my chimney was not cleaned while their tech was only at my house for 48mins including being on the phone for a portion of the time. Horrible experience and I can't believe they're in business with multiple other reviews that match my experience.

Rita and Joe C were very responsive and knowledgeable about my fireplaces and chimneys. They explained everything that needed to be done very clearly.

This is one of the few companies I have dealt with since moving here.

We had an inspection done on 4/20 and pd $249 before the inspector left. We received an estimate 3-4 days later for $8000. We've asked repeatedly for a report and keep getting told the tech has not submitted it yet, and maybe tomorrow, tomorrow, etc. Now we're not even getting the courtesy of a return call or texts. We just want the report and we'll be done with it.

Yep! Just as I suspected. High Google reviews and a terrible Yelp review. This is what I got too. Someone came out and showed up on time. Said they'd get me a quote, no quote ever came, was unable to contact the company ever again. I'm pretty convinced this is a scam.

A terrible experience! A customer service wasteland. My 1st appointment was canceled a few hours before showtime. Excuse #1: The truck broke down. My inspection was to include "a detailed report with photos". I never received the report. Excuse #2: The software company can't fix the corrupt file. It's out of our hands. I was charged for a cleaning that was never done. I called the company four times over a period of three weeks to try and get a resolution to the missing report and the charge for the cleaning that wasn't done. I never heard anything from them. In frustration, I called the company multiple times throughout the day. No one ever called back. Excuse #3: We were in a meeting and couldn't return your calls. Then I received email demanding that I never call them again and that they were going to send a complete refund. 63 days later I am still waiting for them to send what they promised. Do yourself a favor and use anyone else for your fireplace and chimney needs!

Don't waste your time even calling this company. They don't follow up and when you finally get them to respond they tell you they are too busy to take any work until 5 months later. They won't provide a estimate and then expect you to call them back months later to get the work done. Save your self the trouble and find someone else from the start to help you.
