I was referred to Dr. Mattioli for RLE (refractive lens exchange) as I did not qualify for Lasik. From the moment I stepped into the office for my first visit, I felt like they already knew me. Everyone was so kind and genuinely nice. I had never heard of RLE and both the staff and Dr Mattioli went above and beyond explaining what it is, how it works, and what the short term and long term benefits were. The days of the actual surgeries (one eye at a time a week apart) the staff went through the entire process with me as they prepped me for surgery and allowed for multiple opportunities for any questions I had. Dr. Mattioli also checked in before surgery to answer any questions I may have had. During the survey (which couldn't have lasted more than 15 minutes max) he explained what was happening along the way. Today is my follow up after my second surgery and there is no way I can explain how amazing it feels to wake up and be able to see without glasses or contacts. I can even read an email on my watch that was never an option before - even with multi focal contacts. If you are thinking about having this procedure done, stop thinking and just do it. It's life changing! Thank you Dr Mattioli and your amazing staff for changing my life!!!

The staff was very friendly and was knowledgeable in all procedures they offer. Dr. Mattioli is also very good at what he does and completed my surgery with ease. After wearing glasses for 15+ years I can finally see 20/20 without them!

Gorgeous office, friendly and helpful staff. Very efficient from the initial consult to the one month post op. I've worn glasses since I was 7 and my vision was horrible, but I was so scared to get lasik. I went in, got the SMILE procedure and didn't feel a thing! The whole procedure was done in like 20 minutes. Two weeks later I have 20/20 vision and I am as happy as can be. I only wish I would've gone to them sooner. I highly recommend Dr. Mattioli! Don't wait as long as I did. You will not regret it.

Staff was so friendly, made everything smooth for me, and made me feel really comfortable. Even had a massaging chair to relax before surgery. Amazing!!

I've recently got lasik and the doctors were great help and walk you through the whole procedure, the first day it's small irritation in your eyes but by the next day on the checkup I had 20/20 vision, I recommend this place for anyone who is doubtful but wants to get the surgery done.

Nothing but great things to say about this place and the staff. They went above and beyond ! I had my lasik done same day as my consultation, I had extensive tests done on me prior to my surgery and it just made me feel so comfortable and secure, they really know what they're doing and how to treat patients, amazing place !

I just had Lasik surgery done yesterday and it was easy and fast , victor and roxy were super nice and helpful I really recommend coming here for Lasik. Just being able to wake up and not having to reach over for your glasses is life changing 5

These people are the most unprofessional rip off artists in the medical world! I had to wait 3 months for the appointment. I am in a wheelchair and had to cancel my regular physical therapy to go. I drove an hour and a half through rain to get there. Then when I get there the office is on the 5th floor and the elevators are out of service! No wait to get to the office in my wheelchair! And on top of all that, when I made the appointment 3 months ago they took my insurance. But today when I get there, apparently they no longer take it. So even if the elevators were working I would still be screwed! Stay away from these people! They will screw you over and they don't care!

Dr. Mattioli is an excellent doctor, he performed lasik surgery on my eyes about two years ago and my vision is still a perfect 20/20. Even before the lasik surgery he was my eye doctor and made sure I didn't have any type of problems with my eyes.
Thanks to Dr. Mattioli my family and I were able to be in peace another eye doctor had told us that my dad had glaucoma and that it needed to be take care of. We went to see Dr. Mattioli for a second opinion and everything that was done at his clinic to make sure my dad didn't have glaucoma or anything wrong with his eyes wasn't performed at the other doctors clinic. Thank you Dr. Mattioli for putting respect and care in your practice.
