If the option to choose no stars was possible, that would be for this review of this company. Our experience with this company has been terrible. Kevin, the rep visited our home and sold us a "deal of a lifetime". Our home on Springtree Rd. is a really nice updated property. After 3 months of this company not selling it, we began to lose hope and was going to settle for a low price and allow this company to basically steal it from us. Obi and Kevin and Matias were very responsive at the beginning. Then we started having unexpected visits. Weren't being notified of showings, there was a time where I had to leave my home and wait at a park for two hours while clients walked the home. After a few weeks, the company became really unresponsive. We had to contact them in order to get information. I expressed my frustrations with Kevin and he promised to get them to the owner. Never heard back for a couple weeks. Called and again expressed my frustrations and then the owner finally called and spoke with us and apologized and said he'd look at the property himself. Then he comes to us with a 200K deal. His excuses were that the condition of the home, and no one wanted to assume the payments for the solar panels in which they LIED and listed on Zillow at $154 a month, which is very inaccurate. Its right at $100 a month. But if they had done their jobs and not try to lowball us, they could have been paid off with a buyer OR THEM. Obi saw a gold mine and we are young and first time sellers, why not try to take advantage of us. Just yesterday, we said we would go with the offer. Good thing we did not. This company listed our house under contract without paperwork being signed. Luckily I consulted with someone. What companies like this does is make it appear as if no one is interested in the property due to whatever reasons and then keep lowering the price and make it seem like it wont sell so we sell for literally next to NOTHING. We asked what could we do to improve its chances of selling and they said that it was the condition so we offered to go over and fix it up. They told us that at this point it wouldnt make a difference because if they buy it from us, they would just go in and fix it up anyway. Our resource called to the company and we found out that they had several offers and there was one that was waiting for our attention for approval. We did not know of this information. This is a scam and FRAUD. If you decide to still use this company, please pay attention and keep up with what is going on. You could end up like us 3 months later and still negotiating a deal. Our home had 146 SAVES, 1700 views, and was on the market for 99 DAYS. You mean to tell me that there was no one willing to and qualified enough to purchase? I don't believe that. There will be a response saying anything and everything to validate their reasonings behind not selling. They have a really good PR that responds to these negative reviews. But take a look at their lowest reviews. Communication and follow through is one of the number one issues and hopefully those clients did not get swindled like we did. We are very lucky to have pulled out of this deal at the last minute. When we are now looking at selling the home for the asking, they almost left us with next to nothing. They also kept a binder from us from a deal that fell through. THIEVES! Good luck to anyone still willing to take the gamble! 0 out of 10. Do not recommend.

This company and the owner Obi is not to be trusted. I helped my 98 year old mother to sell her condo as i am her only caretaker. Obi and I shook on a deal in which I told him I did not want to have any of the last minute garbage that these flippers do just before closing to try to knock the price down. Well we shook hands Obi and and I and agreed that the deal was done and the price we agreed on was the one that would hold at the closing. Well, Obi came back to me with the lamest of excuses that the market had changed only in a few days after we agreed on the deal and he needed a lower price to complete the closing. I was angry but he knew my situation being the only caretaker for my mother who had fallen and was just out of Mayo Clinic and that I needed to sell her condo fast in order to take care of her. So I had to give in another $3,000 to finish the deal. This man Obi is not to be trusted. If he is so greedy that he has to chisel a 98 year old woman out of what was already a great profitable deal for him anyone who reads this true account of my experience is a fool to do business with this guy.
