FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers - Bolingbrook

I have been going to the fyzical in bolingbrook since I got hurt. back in May. I have a strong bond with one of the therapists, (Swati Shenoy). she is amazing. I am giving it a One star not because of my therapist or the other employees, I am however extremelly upset about the business & management part I don't understand how you can fire an extraordinary & exceptional physical therapist when she is in the middle of helping me get better. I strongly disagree with this unprofessional and unorthodox business decision.

I very strongly & respectfully demand that you reconsider this decision. Swati is one of a kind and a very respected therapist.

I've been through physical therapy treatments on several different occasions with varying degrees of success, so I have a good point of reference. My sessions there were just after they opened. Thomaz, the manager, saw that I quickly got an appointment at the time I needed and was very helpful in getting all the paperwork done in a timely manner. My therapist, Cara, spent the necessary time at the beginning asking the right questions to design a customized rehabilitation program. At each session, she asked more questions to adjust the program. I'm happy to say that 3 months after "graduation", I'm still doing well. Doing the at home exercises she recommends consistently is key to staying pain free. I cannot say enough good things about Fyzical Bolingbrook. If you're looking for a great place to go for physical therapy, give them a try.
