The client was going through an awful employment battle with a Fortune 100 employer and she was able to ensure that he kept his job and all of the benefits that were owed to him after 30 plus years of service. He and I were very impressed by Melinda's professionalism and knowledge and he felt like he had a true partner when it came to negotiating. They use hard sell tactics, are very disorganized (even forwarded me an internal memo by accident), have excuse after excuse for not meeting deadlines, and in the end did not deliver on one of the two important (and relatively simple) needs I had. I would not recommend them.

I am sorry you were disappointed, however, I find your review to be less than truthful and fair. We have many years of experience advising "tech" clients. In terms of the "hard sell" comment, we simply advised you of the several different options you had as we are ethically required to do. You must have misinterpreted that as a "hard sell" rather than us giving you choices. Nevertheless, we hope for success for all of our clients, past and present.

We retained the services of Garcia and Gurney for an employment case with a previous employee and they helped my company successfully dispute the matter. The company has tremendous depth and experience in legal areas associated with employment, real estate and corporations.
