Gate 5 Self Storage

I rented a Unit at this facility for almost 2 years during the pandemic .I had the worst experience ever.The owner of the business was disrespectful and flat out rude.He overcharged me by 177.00 and I did not receive my cleaning deposit,although the unit was spotless.When I had the numbers in front of me to prove it.I was told why did you wait so long.I was initially told that a the 3rd party was responsible. I then called the 3rd in front of him,which said it was the facility who over charged me. He then told me it was nothing he could do,as he then slammed down the paper on the desk and slid it to me. If I could rate it any lower I would.I'm also going to report them to the BBB.

Came here to rent a Uhual. The lady was nice enough, but she had to call someone to figure out the reservation system which caused me to have to wait around 40 min when I could've had the truck and been out of there because we prepaid. Not really happy with the situation. But her customer service was as good as possible given the situation. She offered me water and apologized.
