So to start off I brought in an inspo photo for my nails, no questions asked she knew exactly what to do, which was such a relief to me! I'm so use to being asked how to get a certain design.
She was quick, efficient.. the usual gaps in between the nails I notice... nope she handled it all.
Just want to say thank you for making me feel like that girl for my birthday

The past 5 times I have gone, the service has gone down immensely.
I got a GelX mani and Gel pedí.
I always get the same shape, French tip and change up the design. I showed the tech what design I wanted (diff colors on each finger and crocodile type of design) and I sensed she immediately got upset. She told me I needed to pick each color and write it down
So as she's working on one hand, I'm writing the colors down. I organized it for her as best I could - I wrote left hand, pinky, the color and moved down the fingers
She then handed me a diff book and told me to pick from that book so now I've got 2 diff books mixed in.
While I'm trying to write them down, she's trying to work on my writing hand so I stopped. She then asked me if u had chosen the colors and I told her I couldn't because she was working on it. Again, she seemed upset
I begin to write it down, try to make it quick and get it over with.
When it gets down to the design, I hand her the paper and she's confused. Tells me she only told me to pick 5 colors, which she didn't, and I showed her the picture again and told her I wanted that, and there were more than 5 colors.
The front desk guy gets involved, turns into a big deal, so I asked for another tech since I didn't feel comfortable any longer
They switch techs, takes about almost 10min so I'm just sitting there
The tech comes by, she was kind and works on my design. She gets it done, and it came out okay but not how I wanted
These were my Cancun nails, I was going out for a vacation and decided to get something colorful. The front desk guy did provide me with a 10% discount and $10 card for next time. He was very kind and handled it great but I hated that I wasn't in love with my nails and honestly will look into another nail salon possibly.

I've been here around 5-6 times the past year and I've had a great experience every time! I haven't encountered a bad nail tech. I always forget to ask the names of my tech so I end up getting a new one every time and they've all been very efficient and gentle.
I also don't feel pressured when they upsell their services. They are not persistent when you say "no."

I've had my nails done by different nail techs, and my nails always turn out great and last a good while. I always get gel-x and typically lasts me about a month, and no nails pop off. Staff is very attentive and meticulous with their work. Making appointments is a breeze! ..and cleanliness is a priority for them, which I really appreciate.

Found this place on Yelp..and figured I check it out. First visit, my mom and I were really impressed with the cleanliness , great customer service and the great work done on my mom's nails and my pedicure.
2nd visit...got a pedi by Rose and dip powder nail by Bryan. Rose and Bryan were attentive and gentle, I almost felt myself dozing off lol. Hannah did my mom's nails and loved how they turned out. We walked out happy with our nails. Sadly, once I got home I cracked my thumb nail with the front door . I called ..explained what happened and they scheduled me for the next day.
Tristain fixed my nail, and I was happy! and didnt charge me to get it fixed. How awesome is this !?

As Always, they never disappoint. Had an appt so wait time wasn't bad for a weekend. They served complimentary drinks that always put you in a pampering and relaxing vibe. I got gel x extensions and a cuticle cleaning and super happy. The color choice was amazing too! This is one of my fav spots for gel x.

I got a pedicure by Rose and she was amazing, gentle but very thorough in making sure she got all the dead skin and filed and buffed! Pricing was reasonable and I loved that they give all new clients a 10% off discount. They also have an in house rewards system! Definitely will be back!

About the screening and safety protocols, there are requirements from the Health Department and and Sate. Everyone must follow the new Guidelines to prevent the spread of Covid-19. I hope it was not a negative point during your service.
Moreover, Im sorry with the polish part and the issue with eyes eyebrows service that you received. I am totally understand how it feel when your 2nd experience did not match with your very first one as you should have. Please give us a call at 909-606-8687 and our team are happy to resolve your issue within a day and make you happy again. We hope you have a little more patience to give us a try then you would have a chance to know what that price worth for. You get what you’re paying for. My recent visit 7/2 I was very pleasantly surprised to see all the measures that were taken to ensure safety was priority....they did an amazing job with that. It was like coming to the hospital...lol...I mean they screened clients well.
When it came to my service, miss lily was very attentive and took her time but what I didn't like was the quality of the nail polish. It seemed old and after two coats it looked like a matte finish which wasn't what I picked out. I was pressed for time so I couldn't have her redo it but I was disappointed at this $40 pedicure polish. Then I had my eyebrows done and they were subpar. I wouldn't let them touch my eyebrows again. She was kind but I didn't like my eyebrows at all.
I would go back again since my 1st experience was dope
