Thank you George, Joe and Gold Coast Flood and Mold Specialists for the recent drying and mold control after my plumbing leak. Honest, conservative in removal (not like other company quotes), no bait and switch with fees, quick competent work, and the owner, Joe personally responded to later questions. Just like insurance, you hope you never have to use it, but now I know that I can count on Gold Coast if I need them.

Professional, honest, reliable and deserving of 5++ stars. We were on the East coast when we got a call that our hot water tank was leaking out of our carpeted garage with a lot of items stored in it. We had a similar experience years ago and felt the restoration company then was not very straight with us, so we Googled to find a new one. We saw Gold Coast's reviews and they turned out to be a fantastic find. With the help of a relative to let them in they came in, assessed the damage, gave us an accurate quote and through the crew leader Pat began to keep us informed by calls, texts and PHOTOS of the situation and their work. An example of their excellent work is: they taped plastic down on another garage floor area and moved every item neatly there--including an antique hutch (which they had to disassemble) and a digital piano. They obviously treated every possession like it was theirs. We returned home and were blown away by how they took care of our home and possessions. We hope you never need a restoration company but if you do these are clearly the people to call. They also referred us to plumber and contracting company who have done solid work too.
