Amazing food, I'm not a huge drinker so the food has to be good when I go to a pub. Stumbled upon this place, and couldn't believe the quality and variety of the items! Imaginative and healthy salads too. Service has always been good.

Ordered a $20 salad off uber eats. It arrived without dressing. Just a bunch of dry arugula. Cool. Thanks for ruining my dinner and wasting my time and money.

Love Golden Parrot, great beers, Wing Wednesday offers a great variety of flavours, and it's bottomless fries with your burger!

I have, I think, reviewed before: these are my people! I haven't previously had the shepard's pie (allergies and a tendency to share with the table) but

WOW.

I mean WOW!!

The beef (sorry lamb lovers) is tender, meaty and rich, in a scant but powerful gravy, fresh tender-crisp veg and mmmm potato topping.

The mash is buttery with lovely fresh soud flavour.

Mine is better (obviously -it's lamb!) but this is home cooking by a pro.

One of our local go to restaurants. Always good consistent food . Great patio . Large spacious and sunny . We have never had a bad meal .

Any issues (although few) with service wait time setc were always dealt with proactively . Workers and owners are very self aware of what customer service is . O and did I mention their delicious bottoml;ess fries !
Check it out you will not be dissappointed .

This is a regular go-to on a Saturday night. Usually pretty easy to get a table, but still busy enough that the pub seems full. I highly recommend the Prime Rib on Saturday nights, and if you get in for Happy Hour, your night can still feel like you got a great deal.

Love golden parrots! Great prices, great drinks, delicious food; what more could you ask for! The restaurant has had a major upgrade since they were previously the two parrots. There's always people dining and the staff and management are the sweetest. I highly recommend the ribs! Such a great price for the rack you get and you can get grilled veggies without the extra cost that other restaurants would charge you! Also MUST get their fries... they're bottomless!! I normally don't like thick cut fries, but they are so crispy and have so much potato in them, they're definitely my favourite! Sometimes I just go to the restaurant to order fries...

Went for lunch and people outside where yelling and screaming almost coming to blows. Food isn't good enough to be in that environment.

This review is based solely on a couple of delivery orders. The food was fresh on arrival. I highly recommend the shepherds pie! I had the first night of two and my wife had a taste. She liked it so much that she ordered it the next night.

Came out today for their first Saturday opening since they have become the Golden Parrots Pub. They had a prime rib dinner special for $22.00 and it was amazing. I've gone to the keg for years and it's hard to cook Prime rib good. It was literally perfect ! Lots of extras included. The Au Jou sauce was a litle off , I spoke to them manager and within 5 min I had a new one, and she came out to say thank you for letting me know that it needed to be fixed. That's a level of service that makes a place great again and not corporate. Def can't wait till they begin to increase hours as Covid-19 leaves. But I'm def glad and happy to see the food service come back. Soooo good !
