We had a our roof completely replaced this month. Jeremy and his crew did a great job. The price we great and they finished on time. Each day the workers would ask me if i had any questions and the job site was cleaned up daily. I would recommend calling them for a quote if you need a roof replaced!

Also they had done cleaning for me in the past 2 years that i have also been happy with!

Would not recommend due to poor communication and questionable transparency regarding work actually completed prior to requesting full payment.

This contractor performed a roof inspection and provided a proposal for roof maintenance work, moss and mold mitigation work, and roof-related upgrades at the request of a buyer under contract on the sale of our house. The portions of the contractor's proposal that were agreed upon for the house-sale contract included just the maintenance and mitigation work for a total three-page list of fairly detailed items. Contractor spent approximately one hour at the house and charged more than $1000. When asked for verbal or email verification that all work from the three-page proposal was completed despite the brief time at the house, the contractor did not respond to phone calls or accept voicemails. He responded to email but did not address this question. He was paid through escrow on the closing of our sale and provided an abbreviated proposal to the title company for payment.

I would strongly recommend checking references and verifying work with an in-person walkthrough before and after if you consider using this business.

They started the job a month late then took a long time to do it. The workers were very sloppy with the roofing work and trampled flower beds. The owner fixed some things but left others unfinished and doesn't return phone calls.
