Graceful Contours

I'm reposting this because I reviewed this business under the Doctor's name also. From customer service to the quality of work done I can say that I am very satisfied with the outcome of my procedure at Dr. Sotomayor's office also called Graceful Contours. There is a very welcoming and warm atmosphere from Dr. Sotomayor, Juliette the manager and the entire staff during every visit. They are very honest with you and will let you know what can or cannot be accomplished. My life is changed because I feel that I look brand new and can wear clothes that have been sitting in my closet for sometime. They are also very very affordable compared to the prices around Atlanta. There are no hidden fees. Please go and have a consultation with them. It is worth the visit and worth using them for this service.

Graceful Contours results are amazing. The doctor and staff are absolutely the best. I had liposuction done via Vaser on my arms for a fraction of the price quoted from 2 other doctors in Atlanta. There was very little bruising, honestly I went to Costa Rica 7 days after procedure and was up to horseback riding, snorkeling and hiking. It's 2 weeks already and I have no bruises and the small point on entry is barely noticeable. I have high quality results from a high quality doctor and staff. Thank you Graceful Contours

Every single person in this office is super nice and helpful. Every time I've been here they were super helpful and supportive. When I had my procedure done I was very relaxed listening to music and singing with the doctor the entire time. I fell asleep woke up singing. My only gripe is I didn't know that I was going to learn like crazy afterwards and wasn't told. I completely had a panic attack that night because I had no clue what was going on with my body. I took my garment off and couldn't get it back on. I called the next day crying because I was confused and I couldn't wrap myself or put my garment on. They asked me to come in. They washed me, wrapped me, put my garment on for me. and talked to me about cleaning proceedures. I will defiantly be back. I just hope they give me a drainage next time.

I went to the doctor Dec. 2017 and a student was in the room during my procedure and allowed to train during my procedure and use the Lipo Cannula on my lower abdomen.

The staff was helpful particularly Juliette. My prescriptions were a bit of a problem and couldn't be filled in Louisiana but I was never really informed why. My results were not as I expected and I plan to have the procedure repeated because of how helpful and nice Juliette has been.

I did not receive much follow up I must say but I'm not an Atlanta resident. I must say the recovery was not as bad as I thought. And I have found a doctor in Louisiana for my follow up appointments at this time.

This place is great. It is the best value you are going to find. All the doctors were very friendly and extremely good at what they do. And the manager (you know who I'm talking about, J) is absolutely awesome.
These guys are pros and do everything they can to make it as pain free and comfortable as possible.
I am all about bang for the buck and in this regard, Graceful Contours is the big dog in the game.

Absolutely no follow up whatsoever from these people. I had inner thigh lipo back in May and no one ever called to follow up or check in with me. I could have been dead or in a coma for all they cared.

DONT DO IT!
They have a Groupon deal but you will pay more in the end trying to get the botched job fixed by a professional and good luck trying to get your money back after the botched lipo procedure!

Shame on me for not doing my homework and going the cheap route for lipo! My body actually looked better before they touched me! Scars never went away; tape marks caused additional scarring - huge puncture holes, excessive bleeding because their technology is OLD!

I would recommend this office 100 times over!! I drive 5 hours from Brunswick GA to continue seeing Dr.Sotomayor. I have been seeing him for 10+ years and will continue to drive and see him as long as he is in practice. His staff from the first phone call to being taken back are always wonderful. They treat you like family and are always available to help. If I could give them more stars or kuddos they are so deserved!!

I must say from front office to back office Dr. Sotomayor and his team went above and beyond any expectations I had. Ms. Juliette was very professional friendly and accommodating which really calmed all nerves and fears I had. You can tell they truly enjoy their profession and put love and compassion into it. I wish I could give more than 5 stars

I had a procedure done in 2016 and after doing everything as I should've I am not satisfied with the results at all. The final result is extremely uneven and they even had a student in the operating room with me and working on me during surgery. I thought this was going to be a great experience but have learned that I should've just taken my business elsewhere.
