We waited for our technician for 2 hours. We called the office 3 times to find out where was but they could not find him. We had a promised time and a window which he exceeded. Okay, maybe he was running by late, but couldn't have someone e reached out to us know his approx ETA? Poor costumer service. We will go somewhere else.

Great customer service and response. I was locked out of my office on a Friday morning. As a bed and breakfast, I was unable to conduct business without my computer and reservation system. Within two hours someone was here and got me in.

But they directed me to an alternative place that they thought could -- even though they were a competitor. That is fantastic customer service, and deserves recognition. These guys will always be my first call for locksmith needs from here on out.
