Green Fern Tree Service

Our next door neighbor referred us to this tree service company as he was getting a large job done in his own yard. The owner Amir was very attentive and provided us a detailed assessment of the work needed along with a fair bid. The crew worked very hard and performed the task needed within a reasonable time and in a very clean way. Upon the project completion, we found our beloved front yard tree to be overly trimmed. This was likely due to a miscommunication on my part. At any rate, I alerted the owner who was at a different site at the time. He immediately showed up and examined the issue reported. He apologized and explained what may have happened due to a misunderstanding of our request. Without any insisting on my part, he went ahead and took over 20% off our total balance.

Unlike other companies who do offer satisfaction discounts but then shortchange the customer in the work done, Amir and his crew worked tirelessly for several more hours, trimming every single tree all around the house.

Not only will I be using their service again in the future, I will not hesitate to highly recommend their service for any tree cutting and trimming project, big or small.

This company is a TRUE GEM! Because we wanted to make sure that we needed to take down several large older trees on our property, I spoke to 6 tree companies (3 who had arborists). After it was clearly decided that we did need to take them all down, I interviewed all of them, compared prices and hands down, Green Fern was the best!! Amir, the owner, is the brother of the owner of another tree company that we had used frequently but is no longer in business (Red Fern). Amir was extremely knowledgeable , pleasant, got us a tree permit from the city of Roswell and sent me a copy of his insurance after I asked him to put our name on it. On the day scheduled, he sent 7 men who worked extremely well together. They worked very quickly and took down these 4 huge trees all in one day! The cut up the wood for us and stacked it for firewood as well as for two of our neighbors! The went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND what they had to do. Our bids ranged from $4,000 TO $8,500 with Green Fern being in the lower range. I cannot say enough about Amir and Green Fern. If you are looking, this company is worth calling. Green Fern has always provided us with genuine service, integrity, and excellence. I would not go to anyone else for tree service, and I recommend them to anyone in need. I am always confident knowing that every detail is covered, and that they have the knowledge to provide perfect, efficient service. The prices are incredibly reasonable, but it is worth what we've paid and more.

Green Fern is probably the best home service I have used. Their bid was the lowest that I received, Amir did a great job walking me through my options and ideas of how to keep costs low, they performed the work quickly and expertly AND even cleaned my driveway after they left. I will absolutely use them again.
