Love coming here. Dentist is thorough and gentle. The dr does the cleanings from start to finish and makes sure to answer any questions you have.

The new front desk staff is super friendly and very helpful.

Fradulent activities with added incompetence.
I have waited more than a year to write this review. Knew the dentist and her family at a personal level as neighbhors before taking my whole family there including wife, 4 kids and my mom. That's why I struggled if I should write this review or not.
I learned many neighbhors are using her services so decided to make them aware.

If she finds a cavity, PLEASE take a second opinion.
If she tells you she can do Implants and bone grafting, run away right away.

I had stopped seeing her after my implant experience and then something clicked for my wife that she is finding these cavities in her mouth, brushed and flossed twice a day, and in my 4 year olds mouth. Wife took the kids and herself for a second opinion to Costa Smiles before getting drilled the second time for fillings and well enough there were no cavities and this dentist was finding fake cavities to make money, commit fraud and torture our 4 year old for money and drill.into my wife's perfect teeth.

My experience of getting an implant from her was a terrible mistake on my part.
First going through bone graft her partner was green. I ended up with a serious infection.I called the guy and told him I am getting green watery discharge, he said not to worry just take sudafed. My nose and my mouth were dripping 4 oz of green stuff every 10 minutes. so I called her and demanded an antibiotic because her partner won't give me one. Taking antibiotics fixed the infection. Then once bone grafting was done another Oops moment came where she told me I need to see some orthodontics to create more space as there isn't much space. Adding another $4000 to my budget which could have been told to me early and I should have done that first. The orthodontist actually got tired of dealing with Green Smiles dentist telling me there is nothing but incompetence on the other side. I told the orthodontist that I have committed enough money now and need to finish this project. I was into my 16th month into this ordeal.
The implant area got extended. THen came the part for the crown. She could not install the crown. It fell in my mouth every 4-5 days and I was really upset. I told her she needs to find someone else to install my crown and I am not payingg extra. So she asked the same green bone grafting guy. Who did install it and it stuck in my mouth long enough. Then I learned the crown wasn't done right. Took a second opinion and learned the whole crown will need to be redone, because of extra gaps on three sides. Long story short I changed my dentist, redid the crown.
I decided to write this review because many neighbors are already seeing her or wanting to see her for her services. one neighbhor told me the dentist found cavities in his wife's mouths and my first reaction was get a second opinion.

Beware and avoid this fraudulent and incompetent dentist.

I needed last minute dental attention on a friday and every dentist office said they would be closing early and couldn't see me. I was freaking out b/c i knew my issue would get worse / infected if I didn't get help. Dr Sundaram and her team could empathize and agreed to see me. They quickly helped me out and saved me from a nightmare weekend. Great people, great facility. Very appreciative.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sundaram at Greenway Smiles for over 1 year now and she has taken excellent care of my teeth and has helped me successfully get control of my gum issues. I receive perio treatments every 3 months and I don't dread going in to see her at all. Her chair-side manner is excellent and your comfort is highly important to them. I have found all of her staff to be very friendly and helpful.

Simply excellent!! The receptionist and doctor are both friendly and professional. I was very impressed and will continue to go here.

Got a Groupon for whitening trays. We were in Monday at 2pm and were told it takes a week for the trays to be made and that we could come back after 2 the following Monday.

We came from Montgomery County, MD all the way to Ashburn for this and surprise, the trays weren't ready. The receptionist told us we could wait or come back and the doctor would make the trays in between patients. We had other things we had to do so this wasn't a possible option. We asked about shipping them to us and were told its a $20 charge to do this, even though this was their fault. Lovely. We'll have to come back another day to get them :-/

The receptionist here is so incredibly rude. When my sister was getting her trays made I witnessed the receptionist and another customer get into an argument. A loud one. She wound up canceling her Groupon and walking out. Absolutely horrendous customer service. Bad enough that Groupon was willing to credit us $20 for it. I hope the doctor sees this review and realizes that this girls attitude is costing them money.

EDIT: After I wrote this the receptionist called us and informed us that it was, in fact, their fault that this happened and shipped us our trays for free...and wouldn't you know it, the postage was like $5. Nice.

I've been going to Greenway Smiles for several years. Dr Sundaram does exceptional dental work. I've had some major work done and everything is going great! Staff is professional! Thank you Greenway Smiles!

No never again. Amazing to read the other reviews. The front desk clerk, an older lady with short hair was rude and just plain nasty. Really? Why would I go back here and pay to get treated in such a rude way?
The doctor is only after the money and does not seem to care about the patient. The estimated bill was hundreds of dollars more than the second opinion. Oh - this doc pushes her sedation stuff and doing all the work at once. Not for me. Never again!!!!

My husband and I have been going to Greenway for a couple of years now and we have been so pleased with their service. They have flexible hours, great, friendly staff and the doctor is very attentive and thorough. Highly recommend!

Poor front desk Debby, very tough talk and no patience to explain customers.
Over charging with no common sense.

Never going back here.
