It is horrible clinic they haven't had a provider since last Sept and that provider was a nurse practioner they don't have a regular MD doctor and that NP everyone was calling her a Dr her name was Nora the staff is just terrible all the front end office no one knows what's going onnits like a chicken running around with its head cut off nobody has an answer and if the do it's not correct and the med assists just as bad.I went to their office I was sick ton Tues Feb21 and had blood work and urine culture for a possible uti which I was hurting and here it is Feb 27 and no results they have no provider to read the lab work this is B S...yes iam on a roll the care is terrible they don't care about you at all

I have been a client of Health Service of North Texas for about 5 years.
In the beginning they seemed very well organised and communication was very good. In the time since I have seen the place become very unorganised, especially at the top tier of the Executive Level. Communication is absolutely disgusting. They had a wonderful food pantry that clients who qualified had access to once a month. It was run extremely well and was extremely important to those clients who had no food. Then they told people they were closing it down due "HIV patients were living longer and no longer needed the food pantry". Then after it closes the clients were told that actually "they were unable to fund the pantry". NTHS had an excellent insurance assistance program that they were truly pushing onto clients who qualified. After bating the clients into that program they then abruptly closed it down and stopped it with no regard to any clients who sought out medical care and NOW were unable to afford it and medical bills went unpaid by NTHS. It was another strike on the clients who were already struggling and in addition each client were "dinged" on Credit Reporting Agency's. NOW they have suspended medical van transportation and never advised any clients again leaving them stranded with no help.
Do yourself a favour and STAY away from Health Services of North Texas because they just don't care and it shows it continually. The entire Executive Board should resign immediately because they have ruined this organisation.
