Health Services of North Texas - Denton South Center

This location is one of the worst locations!! Every time I call to either set up an appointment, cancel or reschedule an appointment, or even ask a questions, I'm always in line waiting for my call to be answered for over an hour and then the call drops as if I'm hung up on or there was some sort of timeout. EVERY TIME!! I always have to come in person to do ANYTHING. It's ridiculous. Then whenever I walk in, the receptionist is almost always on her personal phone. I am so close to finding a different center for my womanly health needs. EVERY appointment also always lasts at least two hours. I work and have school full-time and I always have to take a day off work and school just for an appointment because you never know how long the appointment will last!!!

TERRIBLE!!! Called 5 times today and after waiting 20+min each time the call disconnected. Extreme waste of time

If you have health insurance provided by your employer (not medicaid or tx health plus, nothing against it but I've learned over the years to just stay away from clinics that accept both types of insurance) don't go here , that's all just DON'T. I went to get a refill on my bc and they billed me for it. I called my insurance company UHC and family planning is covered (as I thought bc it wasn't the first I've had to get a refill) and was told that the doctor needed to change the billing code. So I called the clinic back let them know what my insurance company said was told they would note my account and let the doctor know but they sent the bill right back to my insurance company with the same code, I just paid the bill and will not return here. The only reason I chose this place bc it was close to home but I will from now on stick to who I know even if it's miles sway
