Don't use this company!!! I called this company in June to come out to fix my air conditioner at first they were very attentive and came out and fixed my air I thought!! By September my air conditioner was not working properly again. So, I called a friend of mine to recommend someone to me since it was on the weekend and according to their website they are not open. The other company came out and told me whatever the other company "said" they did they either didn't do or didn't do properly because the leak they said they fixed still existed which was causing my freon to leak out again! He filled my unit up with freon which caused me to have to pay $400 dollars. The next day I called Heat and spoke with someone who said they would come out the next day, but that Never happened! One of their technicians called me with a very condescending attitude and said he would have to see if they were going to honor their work! Their work is supposed to good for 6 months. So according to the time frame they should be honoring their work. Needless to say they never called back or came out to fix what needed to be fixed!! I've had to call the other company back out to fix my air conditioner the Right way!!

I am so pleased with the work HEAT Mechanical has done for me. We own 4 apartments and two commercial buildings, and every time we have had anything go wrong with any of the AC units, they've been out - usually the same day unless I call too late in the morning - and have fixed the problems very quickly. The employees are all very nice and perfectly willing to explain everything to me in easy to understand terms. They even once came out to install a new AC unit in my house, even though it's outside of their usual area of coverage. They truly are willing to go the distance to help their customers. I'd never call anyone else for my AC needs.

Beware of this company. I had issue with my a/c. Call the company came out that day only for a short time. Said the outside unit was running well nothing there.
I thought him could it be the thermostat. He said no. He would have to come by later and get his ladder to go up in the attic. I told him that I got one. His reply
no i prefer mine. So, the next day they came and told while I was at work that he found the issue it was a loose wire from the fan motor to the control board. charge me $112!!!
I figure that was it but still doubtful just because I can't image a loose wire causing it. Since It ran thru the winter season. So, the next day it happens again. I called the
guy. He said was on vacation. And to give him call on the 5th day. To see how many times, it happens. So, I did and never answered. I figure he was busy and if knew I called that he
would give me a call back. Never did. So, I told myself he not the only company in the area that fixes A/C issues. Before I called another company, I replace the thermostat
check the wires myself to the control board. I then called to B Moore AC & Heating (I highly recommend) in the Ferris area. He said he would look at it. Even took out the fan motor to make
sure, it wasn't bad, and it was the right motor. He then disconnected the power switch to the panel. Saying that would be the issue since it was vibrating or thinking the switch
is going bad. After all that he then told me if it happens again that his best bet would be the control board rely is going bad. After a month the issue returned. I went back
remembering that "B Moore AC & Heating" to replace the control board. I went on eBay found me a 2nd hand control board exactly just like the one I had. And now it is working and
it been 2 months without any issues. For me H.E.A.T wasn't very helpful. I feel like they came and charged me 112 for something that wasn't even fix. I mean how charge 112 for a simple
loose wire. It a HVAC it not a fancy high-tech system. But whatever I glad B Moore AC & heating help me and was very patient. And didn't charge me a ridiculous price for a loose wire.
If anyone out there in the Ellis county is looking for a HVAC call B Moore AC & Heating and stay away from H.E.A.T mechanical.

I would not recommend this company for lack of followup. I had them come out to assess my AC. They assessed it and were going to send me options as well as estimates. I never received the estimates, a phone call or any further communication from them. I went with another local company and had great customer service and communication.
