Herbal Nails & Spa at Corona Foothill

I come every two weeks , the service is awesome. I love that they know me by name, lol! Is a vibe. I see Jenny for my nails, she knows exactly what I expect and delivers. Before reaching Jenny I'm always greeted by Sean, she is the best! Sean always ensures my visit is satisfactory. I highly recommend this salon.

I called earlier in the day to make 2 pedi appts for me and a friend. My friend had to cancel but I still went. It was pretty busy, but that's typical I feel like for a Fri night. My appt was at 6pm and I got seated within 10 mins. May was my technician and she was wonderful :) so friendly and really took her time. I always have trouble with in-grown nails no matter what I do. I usually just suck up the lain when they're clipping and cutting and doing their thing but it didn't even hurt with May. Just for that I totally recommend her and will make appts with her going forward!
I got the $48 pedi and it was really nice - a bit of a splurge but worth it! This mama needed it.
There is an atm but I was able to pay at the front desk with my debit card no problem. There is a 3% fee (so for a $48 pedi, it was under $1.50), so not terrible at all.
I highly recommend making an appt because it looked like back to back people.
Music wasn't obnoxiously loud either which I prefer so I can actually hear what the tech is saying.
Definitely coming back!

Definitely don't recommend this place.

Scheduled a 1pm appointment and arrived 12:50. When I walked in I greeted the staff. First red flag.. I told the lady the time of my appointment and she told me to have a seat. While waiting 3 people came in and were able to be seen immediately. 2 ladies had appointments after me, and 1 lady walked in and needed her nail fixed. Still I waited because I was thinking maybe it's because I'm getting SNS on my nails and a pedicure. Wrong! 2 other ladies came in, that were friends and their appointment was for 2:30 for manicures and pedicures, and they were able to be seen immediately. I ended up leaving around 2:45. While I sat there and watched customers get their services while I waited, not one person from their staff updated me about my appointment. Honestly it was embarrassing. Highly don't recommend this place based on their customer service alone.

First visit at Herbal Nails today. I called a half hour ahead to set an appointment and then waited for about 12 minutes after arriving at my appointment time which didn't bother me because I wasn't in a rush.
Henry did an Organic Spa Pedicure for me today with regular nail polish for $30. I asked for a 10 minute massage. He put 15 minutes on the timer and charged me $15, no complaints there. The massage was relaxing.
Henry did a good job with the nail polish on my toes.
This place has a fresh/new feel to it inside and is decorated well, so all around pleasing experience.
Id definitely come back again.

I would like to say everyone seems to have a great friendly vibe, I had Thao, she was absolutely amazing!! She loves what she does, has a passion for her love for nail art! If I asked for something especially when it comes to the shape, she is very detailed! I wanted someone who could do 3D flowers and let me tell you she Nailed it! Ask for Thao she is the sweetest I can't tell you enough, I finally found a nail tech her IG is @beblessbeauty
Price for a long set, $70 but with designs came out to be $90 and I tipped her on Zelle which was nice

I went there with my sister in law to do their services. This was my first time visit, and I can't complain. We got free mimosas! I had the facial service, Jenny was very nice! She gave an excellent service. I will definitely come back!!!

Tracy was such a fantastic manicurist! I got a gel-x set from her and she put so much detail into every step. My set turned out gorgeous. These nails ended up being my engagement set of nails and I did not stop getting complimented on how cute my nails were. Thank you Tracy and Herbal Nails and Spa!

They are friendly and quick but the quality of work they do is not great. I wanted short almond and the shape I got was not that. Also different shape and length on each hand. The cost is definitely not worth it. I do not recommend. I will not be going back to give them my hard earned money.

First time here and it was such a great experience! Jenny and Tao were absolutely amazing and loved the work!

Great service. Everyone is very helpful and friendly from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave! Will be returning!
