Herbal Nails & Spa

I visited this location first in April and then again this week. First the staff has been very nice and welcoming (PLEASE KEEP BEING WELCOMING:) and I enjoyed the experience. I did have a mistake made on my nails and without hesitation they fixed it and I am grateful for that.

Please know customers really like to feel like they are clients not just a number or transaction so all the great things you all do (honoring appointments, making sure nail design is done right and creating an experience) is very important. I look forward to coming back!!

The staff was very kind and friendly but I'm so disappointed with how my nails turned out. The pictures taken less than 24 hours after say it all. A rushed job that looks it. I was in no hurry and waited an extra 20mins for my nails to dry. They are already worn and you can see the cut cuticles just painted in instead of being removed. So bummed.

Took my friend here for a post baby mani and pedi. We were walk in's and they accommodated us with pleasure! This place is small but decorated so classy and clean. The mani's and pedi's were done perfectly! Will definitely be regulars here!!

Terrible service .
The woman nail tech basically yelling at me and just so so rude .
She's talking about me to all the other employees.
Only because I want a French with 2 colors they have and she's yelling at me saying she can't do that .

I had to go back and get my nails fixed and they had great customer service and were super patient and understanding and I'll definitely go back because of that!

I made an appointment and even came early and I have been sitting here for 20min with my feet in cold water with no help.

I had an annoying experience at this nail salon. On a slow morning upon check-in was told they start my service in fifteen minutes... this time passed then I was approached by a worker asking if "I had anywhere to go that day?"

I am an understanding individual but expected an apology for overpromising/under delivering.

I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Save your money and find a better place to get pampered!

I love Herbal Nails!!! They are the most clean nail salon I have ever been to. It doesn't matter who does my nails, they always look great.

I waited 1 week too write this review too be sure I was stating facts and not letting emotions take over. Walked-in and waited 10 min too be seated so that was very kind. It was clean and beautiful and the staff was very friendly. However, my Gel Manicure and Gel Pedicure was $77 and so not worth what I paid. The polish was streaky, uneven, and on my cuticle. Technician barely cleaned up my cuticles on my hands and she cut a nail too short on my toenail that I bled a little. Here we are one week later and the polish is now starting too chip. Never ever had this happen so soon.
This is why I followed through with my review. I know for a fact there are experienced technicians that work there but I got a not-so-experienced technician unfortunately. This was my personal experience but I wish yours is better. I have to now get them re-done 1 week later, elsewhere.

Terrible service and smells like mildew and sewage inside, overcharged me, I got the classic pedicure and the "massage" consisted of him putting lotion on my legs then a scolding hot towel (which I had to grab off my legs so I wouldn't get burned and have another tech help me) and him walking way.Hands down worst nail salon I've ever been to.
