I bought some HID light bulbs for my car. Purchased it along the Lifetime warranty plan, they changed it once swiftly which was good. But this 2nd time that one of my light bulbs has given out, I've emailed them multiple times to several emails they have displaying on their website. It's been 3 weeks and no response at all yet. Very disappointing, so much for life time warranty

Save your money and buy elsewhere. The ballasts last about 2 months then die. I have 6 lights (high, low, fog) on my truck and have had to replace two ballasts within 3 months. This stuff is junk, will not return. I am very disappointed with their poor quality.

This is a consumer beware. HID headlights may be illegal in some States and if you try to return their products even when you explain to them that their Website failed to disclose that the headlights may be illegal in some States they admit no wrong doing and will refund you but will keep 30% restocking fees and shipment costs.

I have been trying to get the Shipping Department on the phone but they only communicate via Email and stonewall you with their refund policy according to them that cannot be waived .

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCREWED IN THE END.

Its really frustrating when you ask help to this hidnation and a bitch answers the phone and ask her for instruction and she said it does'nt come with instructions and tell me to go to youtube or email them for instruction request and i ask her can they just email me and put me on hold and hang up the phone and tried calling back nobody answers the phone anymore SO ID LIKE TO LET CUSTOMERS KNOW THAT THIS HID NATION IT'S NOT A GOOD STORE THEY DONT BACK UP THEIR PRODUCT I ABSOLUTELY DONT RECOMMEND THIS FUCKING STORE.

For the price you can't go wrong but just be aware there bulbs are terrible. I can't tell you how many times I've had to replace the bulbs on one of my cars actually all of my cars a month later. One of my cars I literally had to replace and complain to them to send me new ones within a week later.

First, they send you the incorrect product, then want YOU to pay for the shipping both ways. Very dissatisfied and will take my business elsewhere. Lost a long time customer.

HID Nation sent me an HID Kit for my 2012 F350 for $49.When we installed it we found that high beams on one side did not work.

Called the company and asked for a replacement bulb, they refused since I did not purchase their optional warranty at additional cost. I called 3 more times and talked to three different people. Each told me they would send a replacement bulb for additional cost. I explained I already paid for it & it was damaged when I got it in the mail.

They said too bad, should have bought the warranty. I asked why I should have to pay twice for a bulb, they basically told me too bad.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY SEND NON WORKING MERCHANDISE AND THEN REFUSE TO STAND BEHIND IT

THEIR WARRANTY IS A JOKE!

I purchased an HID kit from this merchant two years ago. I paid them an extra $20 for an optional lifetime warranty on all parts of their system. Since then, I have suffered the failure of three of their ballasts.

I contacted HIDnation today re: my most recent ballast failure and they are now telling me that I must pay to ship them the defective ballast; wait while their "technicians" test it; and then pay them $10 S&H handling for a new ballast if it is deemed defective. All this time, I have only one working headlight. They have the nerve to call this an "unparalleled warranty". I agree....it's failure to provide any benefit is "unparalleled!"

I told them to shove it. I am replacing their entire junk system with something that will last longer than 6 months.

What a waste of time and lack of product knowledge by multiple clerks (not sales professionals).

I spoke with multiple front desk clerks including the clerk manager before ordering to assure I would receive all of the parts needed for a successful install. All of the clerks gave me info contrary to what their website suggested; stating "our website needs to be updated". I received the product and none of it works! To this day their website still hasn't been updated - apparently the led kit for f02 doesn't need a "canceler" even thought the website says its strongly suggested. Even with the canceler it sti didn't work! what a joke of a company.

Lastly, don't expect them to initiate returning any of your calls that would be way too professional for this operation.

Do not purchase ballasts from these guys. They are poor quality. I learned the hard way when I ordered their top notch 35w and they gave 25% of the output on my hids. When calling to address of course their return policy is "all sales are final" and I'm out $50. Now I know why they have this policy and it's safe to say a lot of their other product categories are below par/garbage as well. Use theretrofitsource.com, they guarantee their products. Or use Amazon, also some crappy stuff but at least you can get a refund if you're not satisfied.
