Service seems to be quality but for $300 I would rather go to the regular tint shop I regularly go to

Wow. That sure is a lot of misinformation in your response! My price quotes are spot on & like most people who lack integrity, you're not sorry for misrepresenting what you offer, you're just sorry you got caught & called out on it.

I had a very busy schedule and HQ Window Tinting squeezed me in their schedule within 3 hours of my call. On the phone, they were informative and honest - which included explaining their GroupOn deal that some complained about on here. They were haggle-free and even cut the estimated time in almost half. I recommend them.

This review is super late, I had all of my door windows and rear window tinted here back in April 2018. I got the deal through Groupon, I still believe they have an offer there, but you may be able to ask if they will match that price without going through Groupon.

It was super easy when I went, there were no other customers there during my appointment time and they told me it would be about 45 minutes and I could wait there. They were done super quick and they were really helpful in helping me pick the right tint. They tell you legally how dark you can go so you won't get in trouble, which I appreciated. The tint was great, no bubbles or issues in the four years I've had it.

I had mine done when it was still cold out. Something you may want to consider is that you have to keep your windows rolled up for a day or two, I forget the exact amount of time. If you're someone who likes to roll their windows down in the summer, summer may not be the best time to get your windows tinted. I had a great experience here and their good work has held up so far.

SHADY BUSINESS practice and money hungry, I have a car that needs tinted windows ( back window along with 2 front windows (driver and passenger) total of 3) the rear two windows are already tinted so before I buy the deal for the 3 windows I called the shop and Chaunte answered the phone telling me yeah we can't do it because it says rear windows and i said instead of the rear windows do the front and the back window total of 3 same as what the deal say, 3 windows... !!!
noting that the rear windows have another small triangle window each side which makes it more work. which is smthn i don't understand rear or front ‍
Chaunte refused and gave her technician the phone and he confirmed what she said. And she tried to lure me into paying 225 for 3 windows while with Groupon they are way less and recommended to buy it from them instead of Groupon. And i asked if i buy the deal off Groupon how much would u charge me extra to do the front windows and the technician said an extra 100 bucks so thats 200. So they were planning to charge me even more than the 5 windows deal on Groupon to only do 3 windows. Shame on you guys

No wonder why they have bad ratings which u can see how the business manager ignore replying or addressing any negative reviews while she replies to the gd reviews.
If you can't handle Groupon traffic don't don't sign up for it in the first place

Back again to tint another car here. Good prices.. LIFETIME WARRANTY! This time I did the ceramic tinting on my new Mercedes Benz C300 Cabriolet (less than $400) regular tinting is about $220-300 depending on car. I enjoy coming here and don't let the area fool ya cause the quality here is still worth it. This will be my 4th car being tinted. Only downfall--they no longer take credit cards. Cash =no taxes Debit=pay taxes ...

An exceptional experience here, with work completed by two capable and professional technicians.

Visited the shop on a Friday, I was late for my appointment by about three hours, but the owner and his technician found a way to fit me in.

These folks are intelligent, capable, have a high degree of attention to detail. Above all, they run an honest business in a professional manner.

I saw a couple reviews today, (which is a few days after I had the work completed) and one can clearly see at least one of those reviews is from a competitor, trying to damage this company's business. Don't be fooled.


My experience:

While traveling back from Scottsdale, AZ, with a new Airstream Mercedes Sprinter van valued at around $190,000. I asked my assistant if she could locate me a window tint company in the Sacramento area. I thought I would get the work done while I was passing through town. Generally I wouldn't want to do something like this, I would generally shop local to Bend Oregon. Typically I wouldn't want to lose the opportunity to get follow-up for service work in the event of a problem. In this case Hannah, my assistant, explained to me that she found me the perfect spot! And she was right, I was remarkably happy with the work and the pricing.

This shop is terrific!! The owner and staff couldn't be more professional or capable.

Our family, and our business, purchase multiple vehicles each year. And many of the vehicles require window tinting. I wish this company was located in Bend, Oregon - we desperately need a quality window tinting company in Bend.

Great job on my window tints. They were on time with my appointment, and did not take long to complete the job. The tech was very informative when a assisting me when choosing the right tint on my vehicle. I definitely recommend you getting your car tinted here.
