Hollywood Nails

Excellent service. Asked for pedicures for 3 people. They sat us quickly and together. Even though they looked to be short staffed, they had the water running before we sat in the chairs. Price was comparable to what I pay in Virginia. Staff were courteous. Enjoyed the heated neck and shoulder wrap.

I would give 0 if I could. so on my original visit, I asked for a flame design and nobody was able to do it.
My nails fell off 10 days after getting them done.
I called hoping to get some customer service... or just some help and they just kept saying there was nothing they could do. I would have been happy with them saying we can take 10% off.

Gave this place a shot and they did a horrible job! Nails were breaking within 2 days. As I sat there and watched other technicians they didn't sterilize between customers. Yuck yuck yuck! Save your money and find somewhere else! I now drive to Painsville!

Don't do it

I know nail and pedicure places are limited in Ashtabula, but don't even try this place. My sister and I went yesterday for pedicures. She had also wanted them to remove the gel manicure from her hands. We got the pedicures, then were left just sitting there waiting. The two people who did them went on to other customers. Even though the tech that did my sister's pedicure asked twice about the removal, he left her and went on to other clients. It wasn't until we got up and put our own shoes on that they stopped us on the way out. Then came the insult of the bill. The prices here are ridiculously high for the level of service (one standard pedicure, one french pedicure) - This total came to $80, then they had the audacity to ask for a tip. Her manicure never did get addressed and our bringing it to their attention only hurt.

Find a different place!

We love going here for pedicures . We drive 30 minutes to enjoy this treat from these amazing people. Great service and an eye for detail. They take their time to remove ingrown nails, and you never feel like they are in a rush. My 11 year old son comes along and also gets the star treatment. A very fitting name for a fabulous nail salon

I'm not allowed to leave no stars, so that's the only reason I'm even giving this place one star. I'm visiting from Cali and went with my bestie to get our nails done. I'm assuming I had the manager/owner and he asked what shape and color I wanted, I was not told that that would make such a difference in price or I would have made a different choice. He cut them and then continued to file, when I asked if he could do shorter he chastised me saying "Why didn't you say anything when I first cut them?" so I guiltily apologized despite being the paying customer. I got black nails with one glitter nail on almond shaped nails and my total came to $60! The sign outside advertises acrylic nails for $35, but apparently the shape of my nails was extra as well as the ONE NAIL that I got glitter on! I pay less for that and I live in CALIFORNIA!!!

Fist of all, the women that were working on my friend and I when we were getting out toes done weren't very friendly, they would not really have a conversation with us and i didn't feel very welcome there, they acted as if they didn't really want to talk to us. Second of all, the lady that did my nails did not take her time with me at all, it was a very sloppy job and the nails were a little bumpy in some spots.it was mostly bumpy on my right pointer finger, I'm not happy about that. The overall experience was not worth the money I spent.

I am from out of town, wanted to get nails done, simple gel polish. The guy that did my nails never soaked them, just kept using his electric file, my nails were weak and damaged after that. I mentioned to him how he might make my nails weaker, but I could see he was in a hurry to get to the next person. Would not go there again. I am from NY and I am use to professionals who make you feel that you are the only one there.

I had the best pedicure at Hollywood Nails. Terra was my technician and she was careful and attentive. Besides shortening and shaping my nails she attended to my rough heels and massaged my feet. It was heavenly. I look forward to going back.

First visit at this salon and so pleased by the friendly staff and excellent pedicure I received!
