Home Sweet Home is my absolute favorite shop in all of Michigan. The owner has an amazing talent for creating vignettes that inspire. The most beautiful time of year at the shop, is Christmas. I find the most unique and beautiful decor, mixing elements reminiscent of The Victorian Era, with timeless, classic and cozy details to feather the nest. If you like antiques mixed with classical new, I cannot recommend Home Sweet Home enough.

Coming through the door here at home sweet home will change your outlook and make you smile. It's a flashback to your childhood and all the nice memories you recall as you go from section to section in this unique store.

You've got a great location and helpful people that work here. Everything the have is unique and they can help you design a room in your house with whatever theme you like.

They can also help with party themed planning as well. They have great vision and amazing style. I've really enjoyed looking through there jewelry displays as well. Very trendy and stylish.

A couple years back I bought a 50's black silk umbrella that was in perfect condition. Let's just say the birthday girl was very happy.

I've bought most of my Christmas and thanksgiving decorations here with there help and always get compliments about how unique and warm they are. A must see store to bookmark or stop in if your ever in the Plymouth area.

It is finally time I write a review of this great store. It is our favorite place in Plymouth. We find such great, unique treasures there.

It is a great place for holiday and seasonal decorations as well as beautiful items for all year. Jewelry, soaps, gift boxes...we have found all of these there as well.

The owner is so nice and all the staff is kind and helpful. We hope this place is around for many, many years!

I love the looks of this place You are sure to find unique gifts that you wouldn't find in any of your typical chain stores. Whoever puts together the displays has a talent for that sort of thing and I find myself thinking maybe I could do that in my house. They also carry Brighton merchandise and I'm a big fan. Nice jewelry collection in the back of the store. Why not a 4 or a 5 star rating then? It's the service. There's a slight vibe every time I go in. I see the sales ladies interact with other customers, and even called one lady by name. I guess if you're not a regular they don't want to take the time to wait on you. If they were just a big more friendly I would rate at 4 or 5 stars because I love small shops like this.

This is a great store to find a gift for yourself or someone you love. At first glance it looks like all expensive antiques, but when you really get into the (admittedly packed and overwhelming) space you will find a lot of reasonably priced replicas or modern knickknacks that would look nice in any style home.

The store really shines at the holidays, when its packed with a lot of beautiful and unique holiday decor. So beautiful and unique that my mom and some other ladies almost had a throwdown over some fancypants garlands. At least now I know where to find gifts for her next year!

Adorable store but rude staff. I have been in here several times and no one has ever greeted me or offered assistance. Over the holiday my husband and I attempted to go into the store 15 mins before closing but the door was already locked yet there were still customers inside. Oddly, one of the employees just waved at us through the window with no explanation. Strange.

Very cute little shop. Wonderfully nice saleswoman. Bought my "Pandora-like" bracelet and beads there. Nice quality and helpful staff. Will order what you want, not a problem. Nice home goods. Very cute shop if you're browsing downtown Plymouth. Stop in, I'm sure something will catch your eye!

Unique mix of merchandise that other stores simply do not carry.

Rude staff. Completely ignored me today when I went in to buy beads for my daughter's Confirmation gift. Waited at the counter for 5 minutes. Ladies were up front totally ignoring me. When I walked out I turned around to see one of them smirk. I grew up in Plymouth but guess I'm not good enough for Home Sweet Home...

This is by far my most favorite store - ever! The combination of antiques and new seasonal products makes it unique and fun. Bethany Lowe, Brighton Purses, etc. I have said before to others that it is so nice in there you think you have died and gone to heaven.
