Run, do not walk away from this company. What a great way to run a business - NOT.
Call and say you will be there the next day and not call or show up. This happened not once, not twice, not three times, but at least 5. If they didn't want to do the job, all they had to do was tell me without giving me a run around. On one occasion they called and said they would be there the next day as long as it wasn't raining. The next day - beautiful weather, no rain, and they never showed up.

I was never told they were coming to do service on my trees in my yard. Not their fault, but it still would have been nice if someone had called to confirm that they were coming. In other words, no on called to say they would be showing up on my door step on a MONDAY at 0700! Not only is this poor business practice, but rude as far their customer service is concerned.
Calling would eliminate a lot of problems!
I walk out of my house to go to work to find my drive blocked off and the company backing a large trailer with equipment on it in, almost hitting my car! If they had called and said they were coming, I would have been able to move my car. No! Instead, I have to walk out to this shocking surprise and then rush about to get things taken care of! When I tell them they will have to move because I have to leave for work, they just look at me and say "Do you have to leave?"
Bloody hell!
When I tell them I will be right back, that I am going to lock my dogs in so they don't get in the way, I come back out to find them leaving! I ask them where they are going and they state that "we ain't gonna work with someone who has an attitude!"
Firstly, there was no attitude. There was absolutely no communication and I was upset to find a tree service in my drive at 7 in the morning, that I knew nothing about! Secondly, I had to chase them down to tell them to get back to do the job they were obviously hired to do! I should not have had to do that! When I tell them to get back there and the job they are obviously being paid for, I get a snotty reply and and "ok. We might, but we ain't working with no attitude."

Very poor customer service! NO communication with client! Very immature people (the leaving the job site) who cannot tell the difference between attitude and someone who is visibly upset!

DO NOT do business with them!
