I have no doubt that IBEX will do a good job on the project. Customer service was very responsive. While some may appreciate IBEX's approach, I found it quite off-putting. My experience aligns with the negative reviews on Google.

I didn't feel like my time was respected and I wasted 2 hrs of my life. I was annoyed and my family was mad at me. In short, if you dislike never-ending presentations, this company may not be the right fit for you.

-Late to the appointment. Things can happen and I understand. I was sleep-deprived from work but still woke up 15 mins before the scheduled time.

-The guy gave us an over one-hour-long presentation on his iPad before giving us the quote when we already asked for the cheapest option. Had I known about this beforehand through the negative Google reviews, I would not have scheduled the appointment. I hate presentations and thought I would never have to listen to another one in my life after school. Feeling barely awake, I found myself held hostage, listening to the presentation and being quizzed throughout. Huge waste of our time.

-Asked me personal questions that I'd have preferred not to answer.

-The entire process felt high-pressure, resembling an interrogation, and left me feeling very uncomfortable.

-The bid was 22k higher than the highest bid I received, and any bid below what they gave us is shady according to the presentation. No other company had made me feel obligated to sign anything during the estimate in my life besides IBEX, and we refused to sign on the spot.

My suggestion for IBEX would be to consider recording the presentation and making it optional for interested parties. Offer the choice to opt-out of the presentation, as not everyone has the time or inclination for it.

I recently had the pleasure of engaging the services of IBEX Roofing Company for the installation of a new roof, and I am delighted to say that my experience was nothing short of outstanding. From start to finish, IBEX demonstrated a level of professionalism, expertise, and customer service that far exceeded my expectations.

During the initial home visit consultation, I had a conversation with Josh, one of IBEX Roofing's representatives. He inquired about the satellite dish on my roof and whether I wanted it to be removed during the roof installation process. I agreed to have it removed, assuming that the information would be relayed to the project manager. Unfortunately, it appears that this detail was overlooked, and the crew began their work without removing the satellite dish.

However, I must commend the crew members for their prompt response and willingness to accommodate my request when I brought it up as the project neared completion. Despite not being initially included in their scope of work, one of the crew members assured me that he would take care of it. True to his word, he promptly removed the satellite dish. I am extremely grateful for his proactive attitude and commend him for going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. This incident truly highlighted the exceptional level of customer service and dedication displayed by the crew members at IBEX Roofing.

In conclusion, my experience with IBEX Roofing Company was nothing short of exceptional. The outstanding workmanship, dedication to customer satisfaction, and remarkable professionalism displayed by the crew members were truly commendable. I wholeheartedly recommend IBEX Roofing to anyone in need of roofing services.

Contractors can vary--these guys are among the best I've hired. Very strongly recommended.

We have an old house with lots to do so we hired a fancy structural engineer to go through all the issues. One of our first repairs was a roof leak caused by an improperly flashed skylight with incorrectly done roof tiles. We got bids from a ton of places. Ibex was the only one that correctly diagnosed the problem and needed repair. They were the second lowest bid. They were the most responsive.

So we hired them, and they were fantastic. Communicative, professional, and frankly just downright pleasant throughout. They set up visits promptly with little waiting. They arrived exactly on time. They called 30 minutes before to let me know when they were coming. They were consistently professional and upbeat. Finished what they started same day. It was such a good experience that I asked how to leave a review, and they told me to wait a few weeks to make sure it held up consistently to rain first. It's been perfect. I actually sent photos of the repair to a friend who runs a roofing company Chicago, and he was impressed.

We got the complete run around from this company. We only needed a small repair in the gutter. They said, no problem. Guy came out and proceeded to look at everything except the gutter. Got up on the roof, (even though we have an excellent, young roof), - and he was Not authorized to get on the roof. He then proceeded to try to upsell us on things we do not need. Once we said "No thank you", he said our repair was too small for their time. We rearranged our whole day to wait for this guy just so he could try to sell us a bunch of unneeded and expensive work.

I have used IBEX 3 times now...for roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, pipe boot replacement, shingle replacement, moss removal/treatment, downspout replacement, and gutter cleanout traps. This company is highly organized, responsive, on-time, and they have done excellent work. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I have never been so impressed by a business as much as I have been by IBEX. I literally can't stop talking about our experience. I submitted an online request for info and received a call the the very next day. Exceptional customer service doesn't even come close to describing the level of effort and attention to detail this company provides. Selina went out of her way to get in touch with me when my phone didn't recognize the number and unfortunately sent the call to spam. She emailed me, sent a text message, called and left voicemails. I'm so thankful for her persistence because I had no idea my phone was doing this and we are in the midst of a massive remodel curtsey of a truck hitting our house
We scheduled a visit/consultation and I received one of the most informative emails I have ever received from any businesses. Not only did it provide information about the company, it introduced their team and included an ebook about what I needed to know about roofing, choosing the right company and what to actually ask contractors. Now I don't usually read things like this and I am so thankful I did. When Dan came out to our home he was so kind and respectful, he even took off his shoes! We talked about what we would like for a new roof, and I mentioned the ebook and let him know that it has helped me so much with knowing what to ask other contractors and has helped me to weed through the potential horrors of home remodeling with shady contractors. My husband and I sat in awe as he talked about his company and how they strive for excellence. Well excellence that have! He asked to go in our attic to take a closer look at the underside of our roof and welcomed my husband to join him so they could discuss any concerns, then went on top of the roof to inspect it and discuss the leaking issues we have experienced. When he was done, my husband and I thought well we're done, nope. Dan went out to his truck and came back with a portable show room! He explained the materials and color options, all the way down to the rubber boots that fit around the vents. We were blown away and yet...there was more. Dan proceeded to open his iPad and provided a full presentation. Needless to say, I had no question unanswered and he explained things so well we didn't even have questions. We agreed on the price and thought we were saying good bye.... again I was wrong. Dan went back on the roof in the rain to take a video of the roof so he could document and explain our project to the team who was doing the work. Wow!! Just wow!!
Now fast forward just 2 weeks and we were scheduled for the install. Johnny came out a few days before the job started to check in and explain the process, drop off the trailer and make sure we knew what to expect. He was so nice and so informative as well.
The day of install the three man crew arrived and the foreman walked with me around the house and he took absolutely every measure to ensure our property was protected. They covered our pool with tarps to make sure no debris got in it, put tarps down around the house to catch anything they didn't hand dispose of. They were quick and courteous. There was not a nail to be found or a stray piece of roofing. The project was done in exactly 3 days, they meticulously cleaned up the job site every day and used a magnet roller to really ensure no nails were left behind.
Our new roof is beautiful and we could not be happier. Project done right?..... nope! Johnny came back out again today to walk the roof with my husband to make sure we were happy. My husband even decided to add on a couple of vents and they are coming back out.
Typically a company says thank you to their customer, we want to thank IBEX for not only doing and exceptional job on our roof but educating us on this epic house remodel we are taking on. They have ruined it for so many other contractors because when they show up, if they are not at the IBEX level they just don't get our time or business.
Thank you IBEX for a truly exceptional experience. We got a roof and I feel like maybe even new friends. Highly recommend!

Overall good experience working with IBEX. The response was prompt and they also provided pictures before and after repairs. There was a separate charge for coming onsite for repair and then the cost of repair, which seemed odd. But overall cost was within the range I was guessing.
