iCare ER & Urgent Care – Fort Worth

I visited this urgent care second time because my first visit was very positive and all staff were nice.
My husband and I visited here again since I had a good experience, but a lady at the front with blond hair got an attitude and was very rude to us.
There was no patients and it wasn't busy at all.
I wouldn't recommend here to my family and friends.
Who knows she might do the same attitude to them.

Insurance covered everything. Was closest ER near my home and everyone treated you great. Will go there if needed again instead of Hospital ER.

This place was fantastic! Everything was easy, very quick. Jessica was a total doll! Mandi was so kind to my daughter. Dr. Mathios was sincere and helpful. I highly recommend coming here for any health needs!

Surprised & impressed. These people are professional & friendly. I am amazed how quick they are which is great when you don't feel good.
They take time when treating you however no long waits during the process.

I absolutely LOVED the experience my family had with this urgent care.. from the easy online check in - to the polite and helpful registration clerk - to the friendly, approachable, sympathetic, and encouraging physician It was just a great experience.
We had the privilege of requiring care because our family of five was exposed to a strep throat infection. So our family which consists of three adults and two children were seen in less than 1 hour and we were engaged and updated throughout the entire process.
To add to the complexity of my family you must also understand that all three adults in my family are registered nurses and have extremely high expectations of healthcare when it's being provided to our family. We discussed this urgent care visit and we are all just so impressed with this place that we will return to this urgent care at the moment that we have another concern. We will definitely be repeat patients here.
We are sold with a front desk clerk who was awesome, the nurse, and the paramedic that Captured our vitals we friendly & efficient, and lastly, but certainly not least the awesome physician was so SO empathetic in his care & approach we are just overwhelmed by the superior quality of the care we received . I have wondered on many different occasions if physicians even care about their "bedside manner" anymore because it just seems sad because Everyone is in a rush and no one takes the time to be polite and listen anymore. But today I was changed and my family has been educated that awesome "bedside manner" DOES still exist. I will go to this place a million times over. I would trust this urgent care with any of my family for ANY condition.
BOTTOM LINE: This facility cared about me, about my family, about my money, and about my time. I do not say this often but I am IMPRESSED.

Lots of positive remarks on this crew, but if they are giving you a prescription MAKE them give you a written script if they are calling it in. Their "glitch" meant that throughout a full day we got to drive to the Walmart across the street from them FIVE times, even after calling them to remind them to send it. My daughter suffered throughout. The doctor hid behind his admin staff when I went in to have a chat about all this. They have lots of competition. Consider them before heading here. Two stars because at least they kept the appointment time.

they've taken great care of me in the ER. staff are kind and patient and it's very quiet. highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about this facility. The staff were friendly and competent, the facility was clean and bright, and they were able to accurately identify and fix my health issues.

Tensions were initially high, as this was my second trip to an ER in 3 days, but their calmness and understanding helped figure out what had gone wrong at the first ER (a completely different provider in a different city) and set things right.

They also did a wonderful job explaining everything in regular words. They told me what the problem was, how they were going to fix it, and what to expect once they were done. This helped me and my family feel confident in their skills, as well as comfortable with what we needed to do going forward.

Because of this visit, my mom is now bringing my 90 yr old grandma here in case of any future emergencies. That's how great we felt after the visit.

After an extensive search/trial-run, this is hands-down the best urgent care center I've ever found and will no longer go anywhere else in the area! All of my past experiences with this type of provider has resulted in feeling unheard and rushed out the door. But not here!!! They get you in quickly and the entire staff is BEYOND wonderful!

EVERY. SINGLE. provider that's treated me here, has been wonderful. I'm a bit partial to Dr. Beezly but really they are ALL wonderful . From basic sinus issues to suturing a finger back together, the standard of care is steps above what you'll find at any comparable medical providers. . I can say with complete confidence that everyone here treats their patients with the same care and compassion that they would expect for themselves. The entire staff is fantastic...Octaviano, James and Julie have always been very accommodating and thorough as they cared for me through triage, vitals, blood draws and all other testing procedures necessary. They'll even make you laugh, which makes the process far less painful to deal with!

I highly recommended this healthcare facility and I have 100% confidence that everyone's experience will be positive here!! The prices are also affordable and they do take most insurance!

Seriously, CHECK THEM OUT!!!!!

I honestly never write reviews even when I have a sub-par experience. However, today was truly an unacceptable experience. To preface, I visited this same facility back in the summer. I got in and out with X-Rays in about an hour without any issue. Assuming I had a great experience before, I went here again today. First, I waited for over an hour to even see a doctor after I was triaged. Second, the doctor "couldn't find" the medication I originally thought may help. Third, I agree with the other reviewer that I didn't get my prescription sent to the pharmacy until I called and followed up. A truly disappointing experience all the way around. I would gladly go elsewhere in the future.
