I have forgotten my pursue one day she told me to go and that I could pay later!
This is a neighborhood business !
They are family !

I really wanted to like this place, but some things were super frustrating.

Overall, it felt clean and well maintained. Prices were hard to find online, but I called for clarification. I included a pic of their current prices, but always call first in case it changes.

I got a dip powder manicure. We tried to match what I already had on, which was a semi transparent, bridal pink/nude. They seemed to only have super opaque colors which seemed weird for such a neutral, basic color! Luckily, I showed my manicurist pics of previous manicures I'd had in different lighting with similar colors and she jumped up and brought over one that is the powder version of what used to be my gel go-to! I appreciated her attention and attempt to find what I wanted.

Regarding the manicure itself - the only thing they did was remove and re-apply dip powder. They did not soak anything (other than soak off), they didn't spritz my nails with anything, no oil, no lotion, not a hot towel in sight, and I asked if they could touch up my cuticles, which was $10 extra. So overall, there was NO traditional perks. Definitely not a little squeeze to my shoulders even. I've never had a manicure where it is so so so bare bones - to be honest, at that point I would have done it myself at home, because there were no perks of a traditional manicure, especially at a salon that appeared relatively high end.

It was on the cheaper side of what I could find at the beach, but compared to the $35 I pay in NYC at a similar salon WITH all the perks, $60 was a little painful. Photo of how they left my nails...they didn't even wipe off the powder from the final buzz to shape my nails. Wow!

Great gel mani/pedi in record time! Finally found my repeat spot in Miami Beach for a reliable mani-pedi!

THE WORST NAIL SALON EVER! PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY!

I had a deeply disappointing experience at Inail Spa!
Not only was the service subpar, but the staff's behavior was completely unprofessional. Both a staff member and the manager yelled at me during my visit, creating a hostile environment. They don't communicate with you about the prices and they try to rip you off. Then you'll get yelled at for the misinformation they give.
It's unacceptable for any business to treat their customers in such a disrespectful manner. I urge management to reevaluate their customer service training and ensure that all staff members understand the importance of treating patrons with courtesy and respect. Until significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend this salon to others.

This place is amazing! I live in North Beach, near the slew of nail salons on 73rd st, but go out of my way to come here to this place because it's a clean and beautiful facility, the staff is friendly and SMILING (wow!) and speak English, and they do a beautiful job on my nails. Apparently the secret is out, because it's really busy, but they still got me right in a chair, as soon as I walked in! I will be back, again and again.

I was in town and needed a pedicure because my big toe nails chipped. This location is huge and they get a lot of service. Hannah was able to fix them and make them look so good. A gel pedicure is about $65. Well worth it. Great service and nice people.

Mediocre at best nail service. Took my mother here as a gift for pedicure and manicure. not a fan of getting a pedicure and a manicure at the same time,extremely uncomfortable. Felt rushed. Inappropriate and nosy nail technician starts argument between my mother and myself by insinuating that children don't have patience for their parents after they took care of us for so many years. Mother couldn't decide on a color told her to take her time and make her choice on her own since she will be using it. Was not a problem until the nail technician offered her unsolicited advice, especially since I take care of my mother for the past 14 years her comment was out of order

in and chatting away with who knows who..

The attitude of the nail technician was so bad..

Worst place to go on south beach
I did my nails and my browns with a gurl named KELLY she Wax my browns and I have holes now
I did not realized because she did not have me the mirror to look at me she just told me "I'm done go " !! So I put back my sunglasses payed and walked out
When I got to my hotel I drea led out .
When I returned to show her what she did she started yelling at me in the shop and kicked me out historically
This place is terrible they do a quick job they are very rude and very rude
Please be aware and avoid this place

My daughter who's about to start college, but 1st wanted to have her nails looking great. Instead, her nails look worse than they did before she had them done...started out with regular, clean & natural nails - now this!
