I love this place. They not only do great work- they are exceptionally nice. They work hard and are always super friendly!

I've had all 3 nail techs and I'd gladly go to any of them again!

I will let the pictures speak for themselves. For a 55.00 dip (no manicure) this is how I "left the salon" as she was already into her next client that was waiting like I always do.

I came here to get my nails done like once or twice and all I can say is that my experiences have not been the best. I recently went in to get a dip manicure and they did not do what I asked for. The cuticle was not done good and they left polish on the back of my nail. I called in that same day to schedule a redo and when I came back in a couple of days later they were not welcoming at all. The manager of the place comes up to me and asks "you want French tip or the full nail" I tried explaining that I came in for a redo French tip but he cut me off saying "you want a French tip or color?" he didn't even give me the chance to explain why I came back for a redo. He started to redo my nails but he redid my nails but he did them with no dip when I originally paid for dip. The people here are pretty rude and on top of that both times I have been waiting around 30 minutes more than what my actual appointment was. I would honestly would not recommend.

I'm very picky about my nails and won't go anywhere else. I've been coming here for about 8 years. Everyone has always been kind, fun, and playful. I enjoy coming in every time.

This place was incredibly rude to me they have no manners or respect for they're customers ... I walked in two minutes late to my nail appointment yesterday 09-22-23 and the woman gave me an attitude was jerking my hand around asked why I was in so late what I was doing her name was (TAMMY) I believe I mentioned before I got my nails done I wanted to mix two colors and she said when I told her again that if " I want to do two colors so bad I should get up get it myself and grab it " I happened to walk over grab it she said "don't look at this side of the wall look at this stuff" to me I said ok then do whatever I said I wanted chrome white she gave me chrome pink!!! Then was rude and forced me to tip.... Then today 09-23-23 I came in for my toes I walked here I was 5 mins late due to that and I called and Viam Lo answered (owner) and told me I couldn't come which I was there so then I walked in he staired at me as if I did something wrong said what do you need I said what I was there for he said ok pick color would not let me pick it was being very rude to me wouldn't give me space then Tammy again I went to sit in chair she gave me dirty stairs and so did the other woman who worked there and said why you so late again what's wrong with you".. to me I said what ? She asked how I was like she didn't do anything wrong I felt very uncomfortable... then the two woman workers were very rude giving me stairs whole time and when I left Tammy and other women yells " HOPE TO NEVER SEE YOU BACK AGAIN HERE" and laughs with Tammy I walked out in tears bc It was hurtful and the most disrespectful thing I've ever dealt with ... Then viam Lo laughed didn't do anything about it then they all yelled horrible nasty things to me and her customer said "you don't say that to customers" then the woman's saus ohhhh I DONT YELL LIKE THIS AND SAY DONT COME BACK then another customer walked in while I was there and said she was 15 mins early and viam lo said ok what do you want and she said mani pedi and he said uhmmm she said do I leave or no he said just sit and kept giving her hand gestures it was just very UNPROFESSIONAL IN THERE DONT RECOMMEND I COULD SUE... NO ONE EVER COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE HERE... They also overcharge and I said I wanted a French tip on toes he said before even seeing my toes LOOKED AT ME AND JUDGED ME WHEN I WALKED IN TOO UP AND DOWN

Terribly rude to a returning, teenage customer. Teen came here to have nails done and the Steve belittled her. Teen came earlier in the day when the shop was busier and Steve asked her to return @7:15pm. Upon return at 7:15pm the belittling started. Teen ensured Steve understood that the current nail paint had not been done by Infinity, but he continued belittling, saying teen should have told manicurist the painting was not to style. That was not the point. This should have been treated like any other acrylic appointment with new color.

Will not return. Please do not spend your money here when there are so many other small shops to support in this area.

Steve is often short and has been over the years, but I never thought he'd be mean to a child.

The technician did not wear gloves, no hand sanitizer offered. The cuticle clippers had not been sterilized, just sprayed with an unknown solution. And, she took a personal phone call during my appointment which lasted about 5 min, and in another language. Polish was thick. Will not return.

Very disappointed. I had an appointment and one girl started my nails and then left to do a pedicure. She was rough and nasty.l and didn't smooth out my nails because she was in a hurry. The owner was too busy doing someone else so I sat for 15 min wasting my time. I will not go back and don't recommend this place.

They are so friendly, skilled and fast! They help me pick out colors that go well with my skin tone. I am in and out in 35-45 minutes! My gel manicures still look perfect after 2 weeks.

I have been going to Infinity for many years. Very friendly staff and very clean spa. My nails and toes always look great. They do quality work and are grateful for their customers!
