The receptionist was very nice and helpful.
The spa was very clean!
My nail technician, Tony was okay but was not as friendly as the other technicians.

I do not recommend this place I asked for overlay he then cuts off pinky nail i've been going for three months so I told him just cut all the nails down then when he did a he did a regular gel over my nails he didn't even file them left old acrylic on them and put the gel on top I honestly felt like I shouldn't have been charged for the nails in the first place but I didn't want to argue with them I also added a picture of how long my nails were before he accidentally cut my nail plus this place is way too over priced.

I went in for a pedicure. Julie was my technician...she did a terrible job. The entire pedicure lasted maybe 25 minutes and cost 36$. She was preoccupied by who was coming in the door, was rough with her clippers, sloppy and rude. Will never return.

To love this place especially Jay! He has done some amazing designs on my nails! Highly recommend.

I went to go get a fill-in, and within a few hours, my nails were lifting and breaking off from being so thin and poorly done. They feel cheaply done, and when brought to the managers attention, he applied glue and sent me on my way. Three of them have come off and one is damaged which they blame me for. My fingers are less painful to where I can't get nails put on and they refuse to give me a refund. They said my nails must've been damaged before I came in but why would they put nails on a damaged base? I spent $65 on a French manicure fill that didn't last more than a few hours. I have had my nails done for years and never experienced issues like this ever.

Way too overpriced. The inside is beautiful don't get me wrong but it took TWO HOURS for just my nails (the white ones) I originally had asked for French tips. The nail tech proceeded to paint half of my nail white. Out of defeat I just asked for regular all white. This isn't even the problem, my friend got nails too with gel I got regular polish. The problem is it was 140$! We each got full sets, one regular polish and the other gel. I had called and asked prior how much a full set start at and they said 40$ so how did my friends nails (the pink)become 75$?. I get gel is and extra 10$. And length adds price but not 25$? It was absolutely ridiculous and not even worth it at all , the whole experience of getting my nails done was so painful

- [ ] Me and my friend went to this salon today and it didn't go as plan, this is because we was supposed to get white toes and the guy gave her mermaid purple with glitter and my nails just look like the 3 T's triflin trashy and tore up zero out of ten. I would not recommend you guys go here unless you're older and don't care about how you look because this doesn't make any sense it's going to be very embarrassing having to go to prom like this because how ugly triflin and trashy they look I will NOT be going back they recommend you to be satisfied before you walk out the door, but I walked out unsatisfied take it from US the BEST don't go.

Super busy! I had to go down the street to Lee Nails Spa. Much better, they do a better job and less wait time. Perfect if you just need a quick pedi/mani and price is really good too. infinity nail is a bit more expensive and don't do that great of a job.

I went in for the first time about 6 weeks ago the guy that did my nails was nice but my nails were not done very good. I get my nails done every three weeks, so 3 weeks later I go back in to get them done. I told the lady at the desk I was unsatisfied, that I would give the guy one more try, but if he messed up again no more. So I did and my nails broke immediately after, I called to go back and get them fixed. They tried to say that it was because my nails were old. They tried to put me with the same guy again I said no and they had another lady do it. They fixed my nails and the very next day one of the nails the lady fixed popped completely off like I had bought it from Walmart. Ever since 2 more of the nails she fixed complete just broke off, and one of my original nails broke as well. I called them back because I was hoping they would be nice and at-least give me a coupon or take a percent off my next visit, and all the guy did was over talk me and say he knows me from before and basically they weren't going to do anything for me and that the owner himself wouldn't care that he doesn't care about anything. I am a loyal customer I get my nails done every 2 to 3 weeks and I always tip. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Posting photos of the brand new nails that they supposedly fixed!
