      We found this CBD shop on yelp, it was near by so we checked it out. It's a corner store modern look minimalist feel to it. We were the only customers in the store so social distancing was in check. The guy in the store asked us if we have any questions. Hubby asked about The supplements, oils, tinctures. He explained what they do and asked us questions what you need it for...inflammation, anxiety, sleeping disorders, etc.
      We bought a few items including for our furbabies treats and ediable gummies.
      He gave us a discount for our bill that was more than I expected to pay, so much ty.
      He also said they have an online store that they offer free shipping too.
      Overall a nice place to stop by, they have all kinds of cbd infused items that we didn't see in another store we went to.

      We visited this location while visiting our daughter in Denver. The young man working in the shop was very helpful and extremely informative on all of the products we were interested in. We purchased products for an anxious puppy and sleep aids for us. We were very pleased with the results of the recommended products and have since purchased additional items online when we returned home. We highly recommend this establishment and their online store.

      Quite possibly the worst online purchase experience I have ever had. After checking out and completing payment, I receive an email saying I have to pay another dollar. Not sure why they can't figure out how to get the computer to correctly total the purchase but ok. I request a simple explanation. I am met with a rude response and told that they would be happy to refund my money if I didn't want to pay. Also the tone of the emails is completely unprofessional and rude. I point out that google did not use my correct address and send the updated information. I then pay the extra $1 and once again confirm the shipping address. I hear nothing back for a few days and finally get an email that my order has shipped! But to the wrong address... When I post a review about this transaction I am emailed by the same rude half wit saying I post reviews without facts. Not sure how many more 'facts' there other than after being rude and ignoring the shipping address twice they sent my order to the wrong place. I am now tasked with going to the address and trying to get my package. Here's an excerpt of one of their customer service emails to me:

      Wow, I should have read the reviews regarding the horrible man that "works" at this store. I wish a zero star review was an option here. My first experience at Infused was positive. A young woman helped me and she did her best to refer me to the appropriate CBD product. I spent over $200. Today (2 weeks later) I went by to purchase CBD treats for my dog. I asked the attendant about the per treat dosage of their product and he said "All dosage information is on the label." I reread the label and while I did see how many treat to give my dog per pound I did not see what the cbd amount was per treat. I again asked the attendant and told him I couldn't find the information I was looking for. He again, this time very rudely told me that I could find it on the label. He wouldn't get his sorry butt out of the chair. I've been in retail for a long time and his abrasive attitude and lack of willingness to help me caused me to walk out of the store. I then went to my other neighborhood store and sourced all the information and service I was looking for there. I spent almost $100 on CDB oil and treats for my dog. When I was walking home I decided to stop by Infused again as I felt the need to inform an owner of the experience I had there. The same guy was there and he refused to provide his name. He refused to provide any contact of the owner and he assaulted me by grabbing my phone and threw it in to the busy 9th St when I took a picture of him so I could reference who I had this experience with. I honestly should file assault charges but I want nothing to do with this man or his behavior. When I told him I struggled with my sight and that I actually needed his help, he pretended like he was crying and said "it must be miserable being miserable like you.". I have lived on west Pearl for many many years. I love my community here and supporting the wonderful merchants that have thrived here. I'm seeing that I am not the only person that has had a horrible experience with this man. I ask the owner (if its not you) why you let this continue? Go elsewhere for your CBD needs. There are plenty of other options.
      After some research it appears The Jerk is The Owner. He will respond with some snarky comment as he has left every other person who has had something to say about his retched behavior. First, it's sad that your employees provide a better experience than you. Second, tick tock man....your business will never survive with your lousy attitude. There are wonderful retailers that provide CBD all over Boulder. I suggest patrons go elsewhere. My message to Infused Boulder is "See ya"....your business will never last with your abysmal customer service.

      The only reason I walked out of this shop with products...is because I thought to myself...it is not any of these product manufacturers fault that the salesperson is so rude. Buy it and get out. It was almost laughable how rude he was. But now I have my product and I'll buy from someone else next time. I had to sage myself when I got home to shake him off.... Ick.

      I really wanted to love this place, unfortunately the owner and staff are EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. As others have mentioned in previous reviews the staff and owner seem to not care about customer service. Poor customer service is one thing but the way the owner has spoken to me is beyond rude. I thought I might be in the MINORITY in this situation but clearly the owner speaks to the MAJORITY of customers who have a bad experience at his store in this way just reading a few review responses. I tried to give infused CBD multiple chances to right multiple wrongs but instead I was accused and belittled over the phone and through email. I suggest you find another local business to support as these guys somehow managed to give cbd a BAD NAME.

      WOW! I have never received such horrible customer service. The man who I was dealing with extremely unhelpful and rude. I could not believe how arrogant he was, total jerk. Horrible experience!

      I purchased some CBD bud which looked suspiciously poor quality. It said it tested at 20.5 percent which seemed off for how bad it looked (brown with lots of leaves and no visible terps) I ended up sending it into a lab to see if there even was any cbd and the test results came back at only .5 PERCENT CBD! This is such a rip off and as a cherry on top the man behind the counter was very rude and disrespectful to me the entire process. DONT SHOP HERE!
