Too bad zero isn't an option, because it is what this rude, unprofessional and untalented group of people deserve. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this company. Steer clear - there are so many other groups in the desert that are actually capable of screen printing, and customer service.
Zero stars. Avoid at all costs. Buyer beware. Will be out of business soon.Helpful 0Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0 - Shermayne C.Austin, TX103454Apr 21, 2022
Great customer service and fast production! I placed a small screen printing order 4 days ago and they are all already done and look great! I look forward to using their services again in the future!

They are lucky to even get a 1. They are so unprofessional and the worst printing company in the desert. After they made a mistake on items we had given to them to do they did nothing to try and resolve the issue. Jesus was beyond rude and does not know how to treat customers. I am surprised they are even still in business. Do not use this company if you are looking for a local company that does good work.

This place seems a bit shady. We had shirts done there for an event but for some reason I was charged a different amount. Family told us they paid a lesser amount. When I asked the lady at the front desk she seemed to have become real nervous. She started saying things we knew weren't true but at that point we were picking up the shirts and had already paid. I don't recommend anyone do business there at all. I'm only giving 2 stars because the shirts were completed as promised.

Worst experience! I had to call to see if my order was going to be ready , the guy sounded like he didn't even know about my order , said we're going to be ready following day (weren't ) then acted like we never gave sizes/details! ( Put in order a month prior ) Lady at front stated she didn't recall order either ! Could go on and on , point being unprofessional and downright worst customer service , yes they got them done but could've dealt without the rudeness and remarks on how they're supposed to be on lunch !
Our order wasn't a huge order nevertheless you should treat customers right you never know the amount of referrals you can get with that "small order" acting professional and simply doing your job is the least a paying customer deserves!Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Mari H.Indio, CA45Nov 22, 2017
Rarely do I go off on a business, but in this case it is so warranted. And I've given this particular business plenty of time to reconcile their mistake, but alas, it's been well over a month and they've done nothing.
Let me start from the beginning. I work at a local high school (a high school that gives INKA a great deal of business, I might add) and our counselors had a 12 shirt job that needed to be done. I will be completely honest and say that I did only give them a few days to get the job done but a) it was 12 shirts b) another screen printing business did 10x the amount of work for our school (twice actually) in less time than I was giving INKA. I want to also be clear that INKA was our last resort to get the job done. Their reputation isn't stellar at all, but our first two businesses were slammed with big orders so they couldn't take us on. They apologized though, and that's part of the reason they will keep our business and INKA won't.
So there's that. Small order, yes, short on time, but it was feasible. The design was simple, I had the artwork already complete, we just needed them done. I called and emailed back and forth with Gonzalo and we hashed out the details. They overcharged because of "lack of time" ($20 for some simple shirts, but hey, we knew going in with INKA would leave us in the lurch somehow). It was all fine though, because we really needed these shirts for a college fair.
The day of the event I said I would pick the shirts up at 11am. That time was super important, because they needed to be on campus, to hand out, before people started leaving for the college fair. I arrive promptly at 11am, and to nobody's surprise, they are not ready. "They're still working on the backs". Perfect. The lady at the front (not the friendliest) says that they can be delivered to the high school by 11:30am.
We get the shirts and they are an absolute abomination. There is bleeding all over the place and part of the outline on the artwork is straight up just missing. I end up calling to talk to Gonzalo and he blames the sloppy job on the lack of time and tells me that the artwork was wrong. Lack of time, fine, then maybe they shouldn't have taken the job on in the first place. The artwork is bad? Not possible. I've ordered shirts from many businesses for many years now, so I know the process. I design everything myself and send them multiple formats of the art file, just so they have every possible version to use. So, I go back to my office check my artwork and it is fine. It's the same art I had sent him, they just did a poor job and grasped for any excuse. I'm told that to fix them I can take the shirts in and have the fix heat pressed on. No thank you. There was already more than enough ink on these shirts, you could practically scrape some of it off. The decision was made to not have the heat press done. What I asked for was for them to reprint the shirts. Any decent screen printing business would have done it no problem. INKA not being categorized as a decent business, of course. Last resort, remember?
I have called multiple times and have emailed multiple times, to no avail. We knew better, so I can't blame it all on them, but you think they'd want to do a good job for someone that gives them a good chunk of business. They did the swim shirts for our school last year. One wash and they were done for. Might as well have just bought tie dye shirts without a design, because that's what I ended up with. One triumphant wear.
In conclusion, steer clear of this business if you want your product to come out properly and without complaint from the charming employees. If you would like prompt responses to calls or emails, look elsewhere because they haven't mastered this skill at INKA yet. It's unfortunate because they have a great location (at least for our school), but take your money to TKB because you'll get your money's worth there.
Impression Design Group has done incredible work for us, and they didn't charge any sort of "inconvenience fee". They were friendly to deal with, got the work done on time, and although we did have big jobs, they never once whined about lack of time or incorrect artwork. Everything came out beautifully and we received many compliments on their shirts.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jesus B.Coachella, CA02May 25, 2020
I submitted a small order of some customized polos for a group of friends that we were going to use for an event. I go out and purchase the polos myself at Macy's and they were about 25-30 a piece. I take them in to get embroidered and about a week and a half later on a Friday I get called to pick up my order. I show up and the front desk lady tells me that they lost my shirt, but she had gone to wal mart to buy one for me to replace the lost one. I asked her if you guys can make another one tomorrow because the polo shirt's brand and color was obviously different and the material was really cheap. She said they couldn't because she needed to go to mexicali for the weekend and they were going to be closed. Awful service, look for someone else for your embroidery or customizing needs.

STAY AWAY from this place. I ordered shirts at the beginning of June, were due on June 18th for the police agency I work for for a fundraising event. I received only a part of my order. I still have shirts that I have not received. Gonzalo Pinedo was very quick to accept my order and take my money, but not so quick to return texts or calls. I have several text messages to document and show that I was more than accommodating towards him. They also show where he was supposed to drop off the owed shirts on a certain date, yet I haven't received anything. Yesterday I texted asking either for the shirts or a refund and my digitized images that I paid for - he has now stopped returning text messages. I chose to shop locally within my city and support small businesses and this is the ridiculousness I've dealt with. I have never dealt with a company who has such poor customer service. They take your money and don't give you the goods that you paid for. If the have no issues gipping the police, they'll have no issues stealing from anyone else. BEWARE!!
