Inner Peace Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a type of pseudoscientific system of alternative medicine that emphasizes physical manipulation of the body's muscle tissue and bones.

I find that it is very holistic in its approach. Osteopathy is treating the body as a whole system and looking at the connection between pain and dysfunction from an entire body viewpoint.

There are parts of chiropractic practice (without the "cracking") and physiotherapy.

Nga Luu owns and operates the busy. She is certified by the Canadian College of Osteopathy.

I have had 5 treatments with her so far. A 30-minute treatment is $110. You can pay by debit or e-transfer.

She is very knowledgeable. She used to work in a different profession with her MSc. She found osteopathy more rewarding, so she earned a Masters in Osteopathy. I enjoy speaking to her because she is knowledgeable in many topics, including math and statistics.

The business is located on level 2 of the Galleria Offices. I never knew these offices even existed! You have to go up an escalator, then take an elevator to floor 2 (the highest floor in CF Toronto Eaton Centre), and work through some corridors.  Good luck finding it!

There is no free WiFi. The place is wheelchair accessible. There are no washrooms, but you can use the shopping mall's washrooms. There is paid parking in the mall's parking lot.
