Possibly one of the worst experiences I have had with a Dr office in my 30+ years of going to a Dr. They make you initially feel welcome. In fact the Dr I met with was kind, then gave vague information and tried to up sell me on vague pointless treatments and will then work to crush you through billing any way they can. They seldom answer the phone. It took several calls for me to get ahold of someone, even to make an appointment.
I spoke to May who claimed to be the office manager with my concerns. She stated that the owners did not care about the experiences of their patients and that she was there to be a buffer so they don't have to deal with it. In fact she stated that the owner was right behind her while she was yelling at me then hung up on me. Be aware, if you want sub par medical treatment and to be treated like an object without care, they are exactly what you are looking for!
I would like to say this is an anomaly but I assure you it is not. They saw my wife as well with the same experience. Her and I could not be more disappointed.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mandy S.Marietta, GA01May 10, 2023
when I called to make my appointment with them, I first asked if they accepted my insurance. and they said yes. after having my appointment and some blood work, which I paid for, I was then later billed for far more than what I was told and what I paid for. And due to my life being busy for me for various reasons, I did not pay the bill for some time. Then I got served with a lawsuit. First- I have never ever had a lawsuit filed against me for a past due bill, even after it had gone to collections. second, with medical paper work, most people don't read all the fine print before signing and going into their appointment. so even though they had it in writing about a potential lawsuit being filed, this practice, I am sure was betting on their clients not reading the fine print. Either way, this practice is dishonest. And I hope one day a lawsuit is filed against them.

I have had several great experiences with Nurse Practitioner Fowler so I felt the need to give back with a nice review. I can't say enough about his expertise! He is my go-to when I am back in Utah. He did my labs and was able to give me in-depth analysis of what steps I needed to take for my health. He has prescribed me medications that have solved issues that I have been to so many other doctors about that they weren't able to pin point a solution on. And anytime I call the office the girls are nothing but nice! I am very surprised by some of the negative reviews on here.. I have never had any issues here! I highly recommend this place!

Extremely poor experience. Only care about money and will send you to collections with no warning. Unwilling to admit mistakes and solve issues.

Dr Yazzi has been there for my darkest times. She truly is a professional that you can count on and trust. Especially, when dealing with emotional and chemical imbalances. Treatments are professional, not day spa feeling. I feel like a patient getting the help I need from a professional who cares about me as a person. Not sure what the bad reviews are from but if you are struggling, I highly recommend reaching out for help. This office and Dr Yazzi have been patient and kind, which has done so much for me during my treatment.

I have struggled with my health for years, never finding any solutions until I came to Cory Fowler. I felt like for the first time in my 43 years, I am finally getting the care I've been searching for. His staff (especially his incredible nurse, Stacia) is phenomenal and his out of box approach is exactly what I need. I'll continue going to this practice until I die, which thanks to Cory, won't be for a very very long time.

I have been a patient for about 3 years and see a Nurse Practitioner. I have a myriad of issues, but primarily I am on Armour for hypothyroid. Most doctors don't prescribe natural thyroid, and I went out of my way to look for a functional medicine doctor who did (Synthetic did not work). Apparently the nurse practitioner I was seeing left the practice, which is fine, people leave and change jobs all the time. How I found out she left the practice? I called to have my prescription refilled and it was denied! I then called their office, which is when I found out the NP left the practice. They then wanted me to schedule a consult with a new practitioner, get labs drawn and then a follow-up appointment. But they don't have any openings until DECEMBER, and they don't take insurance, so that's more out of pocket money! So... here I am, probably with no thyroid medication until December (3 months away). Don't you think a practice, who cares about people's health, would inform all the patients of the leaving practitioner and set up a transition plan, or at least make sure they have enough medication to get them to their next appointment?
