iPhone & Samsung Repair & Unlock by Dialnet

Honest guys who do good work. These gentlemen have been fixing/unlocking phones for me for the past 10 years and I refuse to go anywhere else.

Great service , really amazing hospitality . They fixed my phone so quick and looks amazing now .

So my go-to place closed, and Verizon recommended Dialnet. Of course, since Verizon recco'd it, I figured Dialnet was more about money than customer service -- however, I was happily surprised.

To the nitty-gritty -- I brought my droid in; I could not turn the phone on -- the battery was dead, and no matter what I did -- I couldn't charge it.

Sean (maybe spelled Shawn) took it, looked it over, told me that he'd replace the battery and charging mechanism (which is the thing at the bottom of the phone you plug the charger into) for around $120.

It was maybe a little more than I wanted to spend, but certainly less than a new phone would cost.

When Sean/Shawn gave me the phone back, it worked fine. After a few days, the phone died after a few hours of use. I brought it in again.

Sean / Shawn replaced the battery / mechanism for free, and gave me a new one...

A few days later, the same thing happened. I brought it in again.

Sean / Shawn tried one last time (for free) to replace everything -- and it didn't work. It bordered on ridiculous...

Sean/Shawn chalked it up to bad batch of batteries, and ordered a new batch. It took a few days, but when they came in, Sean / Shawn replaced those, and when I got my phone back -- it worked perfectly.

Sean / Shawn was kind and amenable throughout the process, and never charged me beyond the initial fee to replace my battery. I should not have been charged, of course, due to faulty parts, but the fact I didn't need to argue about this made me feel like dialnet cares about their customers over profit!

I have been going to Dialnet regularly and they are AMAZING! Peter is extremely helpful and will always provide outstanding service everytime. They are so fast, I took my iPhone 6 with a broken LCD screen and smashed screen and it was ready within an hour. Prices are extremely reasonable and I will always go here. Opening hours are extremely convenient also. In addition, they are amazing at applying phone screen protectors. Definitely go here and don't bother even looking at another phone repair store!!!!!

I have fixed my iphone several times. Many cases the buttons dont work properly and the screen is never the same color as an apples screen. This is the first and only place I have gotten my phone back looking brand new as if I got it fresh from the apple store.

This is my second time here. It was recommended to me by a friend . Not only is the staff friendly and welcoming , they were quick/efficient. I had a screen that was cracked terribly as well as popping out as well as having camera lens cracked. They were done in less than 45 minutes. So i just walked up and down Melrose and found some thing to eat while waiting. Highly recommend this place! They also gave me a free screen protector !mwhich was just an added plus

I was so sad when I dropped my iphone and my screen shattered. I was lucky to find this shop online. It was a little tricky for me to find. The owner was really nice and helpful. I thought it would be much more expensive and take more time to fix my screen, but the price was very reasonable and in 10 mins, I had my iphone back with a beautiful new screen. Thank you for great service! Would recommend anyone to come here.

I went in for a simple iPhone screen replacement and have had to return FOUR times because of shoddy work. First time they glued on a new screen and it came off 4 days later. I went back, SECOND time and they just added more glue, this time it started to fall apart 4 hours later! There was glue all over the frame and phone like a child had done it. I went back for the THIRD time and they blamed me for putting it in the sun (which I hadn't), they put on a new frame and it looked ok. Until I got home and I saw there is a big blue circle at the bottom of my screen which was never there before, so I went back the FORTH time in two days and they blamed the phone. Said my only option was to send it offsite for 3-4 days. I am incredibly disappointed that I went in for a simple replacement screen and now after MULTIPLE visits my phone looks worse than when I started. Very very frustrating.

these guys are the WORST! we only came if for a screen changing and they fucked it up. then they tried to say "hey give us 5 stars nd we'll give you something for free" like are u serious?? they changed our screen and we couldn't get into our phones anymore. we put in the password (the same 4 digit code we've had for YEARS) and it was no longer working. fuck these guys. don't bother coming here. they're not professional because they started YELLING at me when i said "we'll i just wanna know why my password isn't working"

update! because the owner responded again unprofessionally. never did i i tend to runaway w this phone. we actually tried to pay BEFORE the phone was fixed. trust me WE HAVE MONEY nd had zero intentions of running he deadass just making shit up to look better. i had to restart my whole phone. DO NOT COME HERE

THANK YOU!!! You totally saved me, when I dropped and broke the screen on my galaxy, bought a new iPhone, but was told that my contacts could not be transferred and that I would never be able to see my text messages again I was literally in tears. Dialnet, you fixed my Samsung so that I could move my contacts and read my text messages - you have NO IDEA how much this means to me! Thank you so much for being so smart, so quick, and so reasonably priced! I will recommend you to anyone in the Los Angeles area that needs help fixing their cell phone!
