Staff not attentive to incoming/ new customers. When I walked in all staff (3) was huddled around their workstation talking amongst themselves. After viewing their floor stock 2 times I left, not to be greeted or asked if I needed help once. Do not shop here. Many other companies that specialize with furniture in the same space that have much better interest in your needs and will be attentive to a possible future customer.

Wonderful customer service and beautiful furniture! My entire house is furnished by Italmoda and everyone compliments me on it. The owners helped me decorate and remodel my house as well. Ordered AND PAID FOR custom furniture over 9 months ago - still have not received the furniture. Owner will not return phone calls. People lie when they answer the phone to hide the owner. At this point, they have stolen our money. Do NOT shop here. Do NOT trust them.

I've been a customer for years because Bill has the best design driven furniture in the area. I always find something fabulous & the customer service is great.

Recently purchased an AMAZING Table. The quality is Awesome and unmatched with Great Customer Service. Italmoda has very great Hospitality, Bill and Marsela make it a very enjoyable experience to do business with. The pieces are one of a kind and are truly Italian from Italy, so with patience the wait is well worth it! Will do business again.

Italmoda has the best furniture. I love the pieces that I got for my dining room. high-quality delivered on time. it was everything I expected it to be! Bill Is amazing!

We'll start with the good, the bad and then the ugly. We've dealt with them from 2013-2015 and have almost all our lights/lamps from Ital Moda as well as our bedroom set, dining room chairs, couch bed, among other pieces of furniture, was well as several pieces from the Kartell brand. Much of our furniture is from Ital Moda.

The Good: The co-owner Sharon is a talented interior designer with a good eye and excellent taste. Her design work was complimentary with the purchases we made. Both Sharon and co-owner Bill have access to many of the high end Italian furniture brands and more.

The Bad: You can't return items, they only offer store credit. And it's hard to know what things look like in person, as most of the items you choose are from catalogs and they order it. The store is way too tiny and cramped to have everything displayed in their showroom. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BY FAR THE WORST WE HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN THE FURNITURE INDUSTRY. We wanted to support a local furniture store but from now on we are sticking with corporate furniture stores because you most likely will not experience the terrible customer service from Ital Moda. They are avoidant and disorganized. Expect orders to take way longer than they estimate. Granted some things are out of their control, like when one of the furniture companies they work with had a fire and the bed we ordered from Canada was supposedly burned on its way to us. Several pieces of furniture also arrived damaged- they replaced them, but since they are from Italy it was another long wait. These are things out of their control, but the following are in their control and are noteworthy to mention.

The Ugly: At first they are friendly when you are putting in your order, but once they take your money, the customer service goes down hill. I will summarize some of the negative experiences we have faced in the last two years working with them. I have taken time off work for deliveries only to discover they have delivered the wrong order (someone else's). They had their "A-Team" which consisted of two very young (inexperienced) guys put together a bed, and mirror in our foyer when their regular two furniture deliver/installers (Sam and I can't recall the other one's name) were unavailable. The inexperienced "A-Team" couldn't figure out the headboard at first and asked if I had a picture of what its supposed to look like (totally unprofessional). The mirror they installed in the foyer was crooked, and the regular installers had to come and re-do it. Sam from Ital Moda said that the way the mirror was hung was incorrect and that if he hadn't adjusted it, it would have fallen off the wall! As other reviews have mentioned, they don't return phone calls, they avoid you at all costs when things go wrong, (But they are very good at returning your call when you say you want to place an order and will call you back expeditiously the same day!). Once you call to follow up on an order that has not arrived, you will be lucky if you ever receive a phone call. From November 2, 2014 to January 28, 2015, I sent several text messages to Sharon and left several voicemails on her phone and Ital Moda store. I did not here back until January 31, 2015 about an order I placed May 2014 and was informed the order would be ready "toward the end of February." Most of her communication is via text message. She prefers not to call. From April 27, 2015 to May 13, 2015 I tried to follow up with the same order above that I never received. I could not get a straight response about this order. There was always some excuse about the manufacturer. Finally on June 29, 2015, I cancelled the order after waiting over a year. I had to also follow up on my refund- very frustrating. We didn't receive it till the third week of July 2015. You would think after waiting a year they would at least send the refund expeditiously. One shouldn't have to beg for their refund. Additionally, I've never been to a business where you have to remind them for receipts/invoices and it takes months to get them. We finally got them scanned and emailed after much pleading. I'm very disappointed that after all the money we spent, we really did not feel valued as a customer. They do not care about their customers and do not return calls/texts. It is unacceptable to take nearly three months for a business to return your call. It was very stressful dealing with Ital Moda and totally not worth it.

I recently purchased an amazing sofa from Italmoda. Not only does this place have amazing stylish furniture and i couldn't get a sofa anywhere else like this it also has great service. Once you walk into the store you always feel welcomed by Bill and Sharon they are great at suggesting products and helping you work with design. This has been one of the best experiences and i highly recommend the store to anyone who is looking for furniture! Completely satisfied customer! Thank you!

For over four years, Italmoda has been my furniture destination of choice. In fact, more than that, it's a home away from home. From my L-shaped sofa, to master bath lighting, to Alessi wine cooler, to Phillip Stark bar bells, my home is well appointed because of Bill's unique collection and access to the fine European design that I desire. Beyond that, their original canvases by Amy are to die for. I should know, I have one. :-)

Bill and Sharon are simply the best. They exceeded all of my expectations and I couldn't be happier w the end results. I highly recommend their services and expertise.
