J&J still doing awesome work! They just did my 2022 VW GLI front windshield after getting a crack in the windshield that just kept growing due to all the storms happening recently. Helped me with my insurance process and awesome service as usual. Great communication and work.

Very honest company! Called them to fill in what I thought was a new chip on my windshield but they came out and said it didn't need to be filled. Didn't charge me. Will definitely contact them next time I need!

Jose is Amazing. I thought water was coming into my car through the windshield molding. Jose looked at it, determined it was not the windshield but the sunroof drain holes that were plugged. Fixed it and did not charge us anything. Very impressed with the honesty and the work.

I had my auto glass replaced on my civic. The tech arrived within the window he stated and completed the job in 45 minutes. He was professional and friendly. Lastly, the quote for the job was inline with the other companies.

Jose did an excellent job replacing my windshield. I reached out to a couple companies to get an estimate - he responded the fastest and worked with my insurance, making it a very seamless process. He even helped with getting OEM glass for my Mazda which was important to me.

He came onsite and did the repair within 2 hrs, including the recalibration.

I was looking to replace the windshield on my 2020 Forester. I couldn't bring myself to go to Safelite given the reviews and past experiences there, so I contacted Jose based on his ratings and reviews and was not disappointed!
I had Geico send a work order to Jose who was able to request manufacturer's glass (which was important to me) and have the job completed in under a week.
Jose runs a mobile service and books a 2 hr arrival window and texted when he was on the way. He completed the job in about an hour including the recalibration. Jose is kind, informative, and has around 25 years of experience. Best of all, was his clear communication, streamlined processes, and reliability. I'm so happy to have had such a positive experience and someone that I can refer friends and family to! Thanks, Jose!

It was really easy to make an appointment. They were very responsive and helpful to answer any questions I had regarding the service. Dealing with insurance wasn't a hassle at all! The overall replacement of my windshield took about an hour and they came to my house, which made it super easy for me to do chores during the service. Friendly and helpful, the windshield itself looks so clean and nice in comparison to my old cracked one. Really great value and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their windshield replaced :)

Needed a windshield repair stat!

While returning from having the most lovely day on the coast, we decided to head to the Ritz Half Moon Bay to watch the sunset with a glass of sparkling. Our plans were foiled, when our windshield was suddenly shattered by a seagull who made a low dive out of nowhere. Shocked and saddened, we headed home; with several feathers stuck to our cracked display. RIP to the seagull.

After receiving quotes, I booked an appointment with J&J. Jose by far was the most was helpful and knowledgeable. You can't get better than on location service, responsive, and reasonable. Sold.

I had two chips on my window that I reached out to J&J about. They were super responsive, worked with my insurance, and were very clear throughout the whole process about what to expect. They were able to squeeze me in for a same day appointment which was great! When the time came, they provided an ETA and went straight to work when they saw my car. Edwin was my service tech and he was super quick. Total time took about 15-20 min for them to fix the two chips. Compared to my experience with Safelite in the past, I'd pick J&J again in a heartbeat.
