The quality of the service was terrible. First of all, he was late. He comes in and breaks a vase near my washer, as he is googling on his phone what to do. After breaking the vase, he says nothing, not, im sorry, let me clean it up, nothing, while stepping in the broken glass. He then proceeds to to tell me to read the manual, not once but multiple times, and tells me he doesn't read individual manuals. That's not his job.
i said, oh, that's what i thought i was hiring you for, as a professional, to fix it.
he told me again, very aggitated, to read my manual. He says, i don't know. it's clear he doesn't know how to fix it, so I said finally, okay, we are done here. It's time for you to go. he then proceeds to become combative and tell me, you don't need to have to get an attitude.
I said, attitude, you showed up late, you break a vase without apologizing and then tell me to read a manual. I said you need to leave. he starts to argue with me. I said get out of my house, repeating it 4 times, he would not leave!!!
Here I am, with this hulk of a guy, who won't leave my house and is still arguing with me. Finally he moves towards the door but still won't leave. He is hostile at this point and standing in my doorway. I keep repeating get out of my house, while he is standing there looking at me in an intimidating manner, arguing and becoming threatening to the point i got out my phone to record him. i kept telling him to get out, but he would not leave. he said "you white crackers are crazy" and finally walks out the door. I mean, isn't that racism?.
If you are by yourself, a female, or alone, the rep of this company behaved in a hostile manner, this is my story and what happened to me. This guy would not leave my house. I had to repeat myself at least ten times. Steer clear. When I called the company to tell them what happened, the guy on the phone hangs up on me. Mr Jackson was great to work with for our ice maker fix. Will definitely recommend him to friends and family.

My mother hired Jacksons Appliance repair to fix her fridge. While fixing it, they tried to weld a piece in the fridge. When they messed up... couldn't fix it; because of what they welded, they ended up breaking her fridge. The wire is now too short and her warranty doesn't cover it. They refuse to refund or accommodate her. Now she's out of a fridge and has to purchase a new fridge. This company is taking advantage and has terrible customer service. I do not recommend!! I wish I could leave 0 stars.

Mr. Jackson was so professional when he arrived at our home to help retrieve my husband's wedding ring from our washing machine!! It was so easy to make an appointment and the confirmation of the appointment came afterwards which is super helpful also!

If I could give Mr. Jackson, with Jacksons Appliance, more than 5 stars I would! We first contacted Mr. Jackson regarding our refrigerator, which he was extremely helpful with fixing. So, when our dryer died we didn't hesitate to call Jacksons Appliance. Making an appointment is easy and Mr. Jackson arrives promptly on the scheduled date & time. However, this repair job involved an electrical glitch. A "glitch" can be difficult to find, but Mr. Jackson was persistent and ultimately sorted out our problem. If you have an appliance problem - big or small, do yourself a favor and call 864.520.8221.

I called about a dryer problem. The very professional lady scheduled my appointment and repeated every thing back to me. Technician very friendly and capable

Our dryer broke and many places were saying it would be a week to come out but Jackson's was quick to respond. Wednesday they said between 2-4... he didn't come until after 4PM. Cool end of day another job took longer than planned I'm sure. Had to order parts so he planned to come out 10-12 Friday. He came out around noon today. Today was the first time I met him. He barely said Hey and just went to the laundry room. First off, professionalism and kindness go along way with me. I didn't feel this at all with this man. He was more condescending and seemed annoyed. Yes my husband attempted to fix the dryer prior to contacting someone but who hasn't. But to go out of your way to tell me "well he made my job harder bc he attempted to take it apart" was just unneeded. The belt my husband had purchased was wrong and the guy told me this however, he didn't tell me what the additional cost was until it was time to pay. Next, the mess that was left was crazy. You left all of the old parts, dust and trash in the laundry room. I don't expect it to be perfect but I do expect things to be left somewhat cleaned up. While they were quick and efficient, If you want to keep customers for the future please work on the professionalism and clean up aspect.

Another great experience with Jackson's Appliance. This time our dryer broke. We called and were told that they could see us the very next day between 10 and 12. About 9:45, I received a call asking if I could be available at 10 and if so, they'd be there (and they were). A far cry from other vendors who give you a large time window to wait for them with no communication! Great customer service! We are getting ready to do a renovation and were trying to decide whether to buy a new dryer or fix this one. Even though JA sells dryers, they looked at it and advised as to how much it would cost to fix it including parts and labor and advised that even though it is an old dryer, with this part it would probably keep on running for 5-10 more years with a one year warranty and unless we wanted a fancier one with more "bells and whistles" (we don't) it would make financial sense to just keep and fix this one. I very much appreciated his honesty since he obviously could potentially make more money selling me another one and he still would have been paid for the service call. He also gave me some advice when I asked about other appliances that we are considering replacing based on their frequency of repair, which I very much appreciated. I can't say enough about the honesty and integrity of this family owned company. Highly recommend. Look no further if you need appliances repaired!

Each time we were given an honest opinion and good advice. No high pressure salesmanship- no attempts to sell anything more than was needed. The repairs were made quickly, with high quality workmanship and were very reasonably priced. Mr. Jackson is honest and trustworthy and a very nice person as well. I would highly recommend him for appliance repair and he will certainly be the first person we call if we need appliance repairs again.

Had Oven die and contacted Jacksons Appliance. Very easy to schedule the service call and call went great. Very professional service.
