Recently had a very positive rental experience at JACO UOMO. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful and assisted us with a last-minute tuxedo rental request for a child (which is difficult and many stores do not carry on location). From fit and finish to a flexible return and great price, we were completely satisfied. Highly recommend.

Really bad customer service from owner!! Telling her employee not to open a shirt to try on because it's white! You have to guarantee that you going to buy it!! Saying that this is a $100 shirt sir i can not just open it to try on! Really arrogant! I really usually dont give bad comments but i think this can help them to change attitude on customer service
