I am a first time home owner--had some really bad experiences with realtors and almost gave up until friends recommended Jan. She is a LIFE SAVER. Jan works quickly and diligently to keep you happy and get the job done. She's an expert negotiator, communicator, and manager of all groups you have to work with when buying a home. She keep the process on time and stayed on top of EVERYTHING. Jan is so easy to reach and ask questions with. She's organized and diligent. Her attention to details and project management skills are incredible.
I am still blown away by the level of support I got from her. She is dedicated, hardworking, and impressive. I am so lucky that I came across her. Otherwise, I'd go another year without buying because of the problems I've had with realtors in the past.

She is the best in town. Hands down. I couldn't have bought this home without her
