I'd give them higher marks but they demonstrated they don't care about their customers or take pride in the quality of their service.

When I complained about the mess they left and the inadequate cleaning they did the managers returned to discuss it with me. When I told the general manager--who was clearly unhappy with ME--that I had to I tell the workmen what they missed he said they I "took it upon" myself to "micromanage" the situation. Then when I saw the crew show up they decided to try to clean the roof AGAIN without any conversation with me, and after failed attempts to talk to that GM I finally had to turn off the outside faucet just to have that conversation and they were unpleasant and nasty, even rudely talking in Russian to each other so I wouldn't know what they're saying.

When I showed the pictures here to their "project manager" he said there was nothing they could do about that. But notice in pictures that moss is growing on the dark patches they didn't even bother to fix, and even though I paid for the "better" moss deterrent in the newer photos new moss is already growing. There is more to this disgusting experience, and I'll be happy to share more with anyone who reaches out.

The crew that did our roof replacement (and gutters and insulation replacement) were top-notich: Cristian (crew boss) and Jonathan were there every day for the 4 day project. Alex scheduled some other guys (Daniel, Oscar) to come out for the installation of the roofing which went very quickly.

The craftsmanship is also top-notch: Cristian ensured the guys installed drip edge, did a great job finishing the flashing (including valley flashing with finishing notches done by hand with aviation snippers), and cleaned up the project site very well.

JC Four Seasons Roofing is a great value and are professional from start to finish. Thank you very much to the crew for our roof and insulation which will allow us to rest easy for many decades.

Wow! This company is amazing!! My mom's deck roof had gotten brittle and very dirty over the years. She wanted a replacement, so I looked up five companies on Yelp to get estimates. When I got a hold of Alex from this company through a Yelp message, he was very quick to reply and make an appointment to come out and look at her roof. I could tell he was very knowledgeable and knew his teams very well. He gave us an excellent price right off the bat and said he would be able to get the materials we were hoping for. The best part was that the crew came out the next day and worked super hard to tear everything down and put up the new panels. They were very careful with what they were doing, and you could tell they knew how to do it correctly. They cleaned up everything well, and even fixed one panel that was broken in the carport by carefully replacing it around the others. We just had to pay 20% down to start the job and paid exactly what was written in the contract when they finished and Alex checked it. It was done so professionally and fast! Alex's communication throughout the three days (free estimate, tear down, put new panels up, get the last panel in, check to make sure the work was up to standard) was great, too. We highly recommend this company for any roofing needs!

We requested JC Roofing to repair our skylight, the indoor plexiglass was old and there was water infiltration in the wood. They did a great job! The team was friendly, quick and managed to turn it into a smooth, well lit skylight surrounded by neat wall. They even painted the new wall in the same color, I really can't tell this was ever damaged. Will work with them again.

JC 4 SEASONS was amazing. The job was done on time. They were the middle quote of 3 I have taken. I installed shingles, Owen Corning gray. My project manager Tim explained why my previous roof was leaking and what needed to be done. They were the only one who looked in my attic for inspection. I would recommend this company for friens

After years postponing our roof replacement we finally decided to do it.
We did a lot of research and decided to go with this guys.
We couldn't be happier with our decision.
They're super professional and charged a fair price.
They even accommodated the schedule of our painter as we painted the house at the same time as they did their work.
Wish we should have found them earlier and done that before.

Long delayed, I needed a roof for my flat roofed house. JCFSR was a great choice. They scheduled an inspection and estimate within a few days and began work in two weeks. When rain threatened, they worked into the dark to close up the pvc roof so it could be sealed. They returned a few days later to complete the job.

This team is extremely knowledgeable, responsive and professional. They did a good job and left the property very clean. I am grateful for their speed and effectiveness.

They plan to inspect the roof next year to make sure everything is ok. Who does that? I recommend them highly.

These guys are amazing. While I never did use them for my roof, their response and professionalism was above all others who I received bids from. They really know what they are talking about and educated me on exactly what was wrong with my roof. While other bids were almost doubled their bid, this company really knows customer service.
