Selling: We realized to be competitive in the seller's market to list our home. In doing so went pending in 34 hours! We received $40k more than our list price and sold for $60k more than anything in our neighborhood. Buying: We lost out on the first home we loved, but we were determined to find a home that we loved and used Jen's expertise to formulate an attractive offer without overpaying. We would send listings every day, and Jen would do her homework to determine all the details of the property, motivation of the sellers before we even looked at a home. We understood from our selling a home what we would need to be as a competitive buyer. Jen was there every step of the way through the six offers we wrote up and used different strategic measures in every offer. Jen excels in writing offers and using the information she learns from the sellers' agent in the written offer. Although we lost out on six homes, Jen was right there riding the roller coaster with us and checking-in and calming our anxieties. On the seventh offer, we agreed and purchased our beloved new home. Did I mention we did all of this in six weeks - wow, Jen is a rockstar! The easiest 5 out of 5-star rating in a challenging market.
