Chris P.Montague, MA012Apr 18, 2019Everyone at Jim's is great. I showed up a few hours early because of ride issues and sat and worked. I listened to the staff talk with a lot of customers and they were friendly and honestly sincere. I would highly recommend them. To top it all off..... no pun intended... my convertible top came out great. 5 STARS !

Kenny S.Springfield, MA127Mar 4, 2017So went to Jim's Auto Trim to get my seat reupholstered I was very unhappy when they charged me more than what it was worth I could have got the seat online 5 times less than what they charge me to reupholster it already brand-new it comes from online already upholstered and ready to go plug-in play unbelievable the price they charge me I paid it only because they didn't give me much of a choice they had already started working on the seat when I called them not to work on it live and learn never again

Jims Auto Trim really helped me out in a time of need. They were very helpful and their customer service was amazing. More than one employee here helped me out and explained things very well to me and offered me some advice on some issues I was having. I would recommend Jim's Auto Trim to anyone that I know. I spoke with Jim himself and he is very knowledgable, kind, and cares about his customers!!!
