      Jim and his crew are amazing. I purchased a home with an insanely challenging back yard. The stairs were made of concrete and stone and falling apart and it was generally unsafe and we needed a solution. Jim and his son came out and helped sketch out my idea of landscape stairs and planter boxes going up my hillside.

      His crew knocked it our in about a day and a half, Amy family couldn't be happier. There is more to do but I wouldn't hesitate hiring Jim's again. They are the best, can't wait for phase 2.

      Another 5 stars for Jim. I called Monday, for drop off 15 yard dumpster. They came Tuesday morn, around 9am, perfect dumpster placement -- even with no input from me. I had it filled in an hour or two and called for pickup. They got it by 230 pm.

      Prices were good and policies were transparent (overage charges, air conditioner and TV charges), and he even gave me a discount on the air conditioner I tossed in there.

      Would use again or recommend in a heartbeat.

      Could not have been a more perfect experience. I called Jim at 12:30 on. Monday afternoon. He said they were near medford where I live and could come by to check out my pile o' junk. If it fit in their truck, they'd take it away that day.

      About 30 minutes later Jim and 1 helper arrived. He looked at my junk pile, about 6 feet wide by 11 feet high in my basement. I told him there were 3 tvs in that pile. He said it would fit, and quoted me $350.

      2 hours later I was writing Jim a check. He took everything, including a heavy chair from the second floor, for exactly the price he quoted. He was pleasant and took care to not let my cats get outside. The entire experience was painless, and it couldn't have gone any easier.

      Wicked easy phone call, got my junk picked up super shortly after. I paid a reasonable price for a bunch of junk to get hauled and dumped, we will definitely call Jim's again for any pick ups and recommend to others!

      Another 5 stars for Jim. He is very understanding and explains all costs and policies clearly. The price was good for a 20 cubic yard dumpster. Drop off was well done with wood placed underneath to protect driveway. Pickup was uneventful and prompt. I had the dumpster for about a month.

      I did have an overweight charge which was reasonable. They charged a fraction of the cost based on the exact weight so for .4 tons over, it was $40. This was made clear at the start.

      If I could rate Jim with all of the stars in the sky, it still wouldn't be enough! My husband and I were moving and had to get a lot of junk out of our apartment on very short notice. He worked so quickly and efficiently, I was absolutely amazed. He really worked miracles for us and got us out of a really tight spot. He was very fair in his pricing and gave us a great deal. He's a great guy, too!

      I would not hesitate to call him again and will definitely recommend him to anyone who will listen.

      Great experience. Gave a verbal estimate without seeing the demo project, then came out and looked and it was $50-100 cheaper than the range he gave me. He also offered a discount for cash, but I didn't have it so I cut him a check. I helped him, and we made quick work of the cleanup, and managed to get the truck and dumpster up my hill without damaging anything, and he even came back when I realized I missed one large piece of debris.

      I won't hesitate to call him when we take on future projects.

      Called these guys three times (over three days) and never heard back. I tried both their local and 800 number, to no avail. It's been a big waste of time waiting...so I'm going with someone else. Ugh.

      On Friday, September 21 I had arranged for a 3-seat sofa to be removed before a new one was delivered to my 1-bedroom apartment. The mover due to deliver early that morning cancelled without notice even though it had been confirmed over two weeks earlier. I called Jim's Clean-Up as I needed it removed before delivery due to lack of room for both. Jim called a crew to come immediately to my home as he understood my urgency. The two men did a great job, and I cannot say enough about how helpful Jim was. I recommend him highly.

      Saw their website and liked it and the information on it. The site says "CALL US NOW for same day delivery." I called three times, left messages, and emailed as well, over the course of three days. Never received a response. If they could not accommodate, they should at least call back and let you know. The site also says, "Telephone Support - We care about our
      customers and strive to make your experience with us the best ever. We are available 24/7
      for any questions and problems you may have.​" Jim must be very busy or not interested in new business.
