1-Stop Shop! I would like to give the hugest shout out to Reyma for spending 6+ Hours doing natural box braids on me! She first started by washing and treating my scalp and hair. She blow-dried my hair and got straight to it! Tight grip, perfect parting.. my braids look absolutely amazing! I could rave about the quality of this service forever and she's super kind and funny too! The music was A+ too! Absolutely recommend getting your hair done by her!

I gave the hair salon a star due to how welcoming the employees were. After the consultation, my hairstylist immediately put my dirty, tangled, 4c hair in the sink to get washed without any detangling beforehand. After tearing through my wet hair with the comb, she put my hair under the dryer. She did not try to stretch my hair/ends beforehand, by twisting/or even sectioning it. This resulted in my hair getting re-tangeled all over again, once my hair became 100% dry. In its brittle state, she used the blow dryer with the attached comb to re-separate the strands. No detangler/liquid used, she did this on 100% dry 4c hair. She spent a lot of time working on one small portion of my head, trying to de-tangle the work she had already done in the sink. The other hairstylist next to us gave her a tip that she should have twisted my ends to stretch it prior to starting the drying process, to avoid the excessive tangles.

With the excessive amount of time it had taken to detangle that small section, as well as the pain that was setting in, they allowed me to quickly stretch the rest of my own hair with the blow drier. We ended up going far past the time I had set my appointment for. The salon makes you pay for everything upfront before you start. Because the appointment went much longer than it was supposed to, I had to leave, which means my trim and cornrows were not able to get done. I was told I would have to make another appointment with that same hairdresser since I had paid already. I called the same day to talk to the manager. A hairdresser told me she would let her know I called and will have her call me back that same day. I never got a call back. A couple weeks later, I called the manager on the phone to tell her about not feeling comfortable going back to that hairdresser to finish my appointment. She did care to know about how displeased I was about the hairdressers technique she had used. Instead, she spent the whole time talking about the liability issue they had faced because they let me blow dry my own hair in the salon. Which I did not understand the purpose for, as they themselves were the ones who had offered to let me do that, because they noticed the pain I was in. This made me feel unheard, and uncared for.

She did not want to pay back any portion of my money, even though I did not end up doing all the services I paid for. Giving the full amount of money before any service had been done, and to a salon I had never been to, was where I faulted. I'm sure her techniques of hair washing/drying may work great on other people, but I do not feel like my hair was catered to, and in the time I was expecting. Though they seemed kind, they did not make me feel cared for, and the technique she used felt very inapproriate for my hair condition/type.

Let me tell yall something. I only write reviews when i got something positive to say, because i hate to put a business down over what couldve just been a bad day for them. But nope, i need to warn all the hardworking people to AVOID this place! They make up the prices as they go.
I called and asked if they have availability around 415-430 and how much for a wash and blow. They said yes and starting price $70 so i agreed to come in.
When i get here, all of a sudden its $200 for a wash and blow. WILD. I asked whats the other 130 for they said, for a consultation (which i never asked for or never got. All they did was look at my hair) then they said cause they squeezed me in ( um theres NOONE ELSE HERE. Crazy! if i didnt come in they wouldve been done for the day)

On top of that they dont take card payments even though it's advertised on the door! Then they said for cash app theres a $3 fee and for venmo no fee even $200. I venmoed 200 and then they have the audacity to ask me to send another $4 because they are being asked a fee to cash out'.
Uhmm HELLOOO thats not my responsibility as a client. You told me a set price and now your changing it .
Even their workers were arguing back with the manager telling them they cant charge me a fee.
They wouldnt even continue with my hair without the $4. I had to say im going to give it in cash in order for the manager to fall back and let them resume doing my hair as she was watching them at home through the cameras ...
On top of that, they dont actually straighten your hair when you ask for a blowout . Your hair is going to stay poofy and not straight. I want to literally cry. I was planning on going out and i look crazy rn. I literally could have done this myself. Spent over 200$ for trash work.
I only gave 1 star for the employees cause they were nice.

10/10 experience. I'd give it 6 stars if I could. I got a wash (Roberline), a cut (Naisha), and box braids (Roberline) and every step of the way was phenomenal. This is the first time I've gotten box braids professionally done and the first time I've been to a salon for that matter. Very welcoming atmosphere with extremely kind and knowledgeable stylists with great attitudes and service. I will definitely be returning to this establishment in the future. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Highly recommend!

I went in last week saturday for a blow dry and curl. As soon as I walked in I was greeted immediately which was already a great sign for me. Trying a new salon can be intimidating when you walk in and and dont know which of the stylists to talk to about what it is that you need without a room full of regulars starring you up and down. I felt very welcomed.

I was given a short form (asking about things such as my porosity, hair type, texture, hair history, etc.) to fill in about my hair which was really different from any salon Ive ever been to. Its showed me that as a new client they were interested in developing a relationship past a first visit.

When I finished with the form I was seated for my wash which was AMAZING to say the least. I had the best scalp message and honestly could've sat there for hours. The products used doe my wash smelt so good and felt so soothing on my scalp.

After my wash I had the most gentle blow dry of my life. I was in shock. My hair takes a long time to dry and blow drys always make me anxious because all the other salons Ive been to are really rough. So rough I could literatley feel my hair breaking with each brush pass. And they always use high heat to speed up the process. But not here. My hair was dried on low heat and gentle brushed through.

Lastly I had my curl which was also great. It was quick and very comfortable. I have a bad tendency to jump when my hair is flat ironed because my hair gets so hot my scalp can feel like its buring at times. I know ya'll know what I'm talking about. My stylist blew on the heat with almost every pass which was so relieving. It helped me relax. My hair looked beautiful and felt silky and bouncy.

So many great things I can say about this salon. Its a very clean, very large and open space with a cozy atmosphere. Also there is street parking right outside the front of the salon for FREE!!! I will be back at some point this month to try out the steam treatment/trim and will leave a review about it as well.

I got my hair done recently and I was very displeased. They offered their mask treatment and hair oils but wouldn't tell me what was in them, im sure it's illegal. For one I have a nut allergy. Two the hair mask treatment smells like cholesterol cream and it's in an unmarked jar, just has the salon logo sticker on it.

The prices are ridiculous especially for curly hair. Taking advantage of the need in the area. I will not be returning

I love this place. I've been going here for six months now, from the very beginning of my loc journey. They haven't just taken care of my hair but have taught me how to take care of my hair.

I'm a first timer, and it was love at first touch. It was friendly and cozy, I immediately felt at home there. My hair usually takes a long time and patience to deal with, but my hair was done fast, beautiful and smells wonderful. I'm definitely coming again and I recommend it to my friends.

      HAIR
Friday (November 10th) I went in for a consultation for the Hair Growth Treatment. Found out about the November special (discount) and ended up getting the treatment that day. I suffer from alopecia and my scalp is super sensitive to products. Regardless of what salon I went to, I ALWAYS itched and scratched after getting out of the salon chair (even when they used "good" products). But after getting the Hair Growth Treatment, my scalp was at complete peace! Not one itch! I am so happy and I thank GOD for Dominique. Dominique is very nice and cared about my situation. I will definitely write an update later as to hair growth. But right off the back, my scalp is feeling amazing.

      MANI/PEDI
I felt so good that I requested a spa mani/pedi by Jen. I'm so glad that I did! Jen is so nice and was meticulous with how she cleaned my cuticles (both hands and feet) and she scrubbed the calluses from my feet. Baby's bottom! I don't care for polish, so she buffed my nails. I love the results. Very good manicure and pedicure! Reasonable prices. I highly recommend this salon!
