I've never used this service but after one of there trucks just did I will never one of there trucks just passed us on the really bad snowy roads that ohios getting right now and just about side swiped us and put us in a ditch so please talk to your drivers about respecting small cars in this weather this is a bad way to get customer!!!!

They were timely, kind and very helpful when our daughter's car broke down. I would definitely recommend!

I have had a number of vehicles towed several times over the years for various reasons. To say that I have had some bad experiences would be an understatement.

I called Joe's towing service around 9pm on a Sunday night. Joe himself picked my truck and me up within 30 minutes.

Joe's Tow Service also has a repair shop as well. I had left his shop by 9:45pm on a Sunday evening. Received a call from his repair shop by 9am the following day and had my truck repaired by 1pm the same day. The mechanic on duty kept me up to date on the issue, the cost, and let me know when the work was completed.

Can't say that I have ever been happy to get the news from a car shop but Joe and his crew are true professionals. They have definitely won my future business.

Could not have had a better experience with Joe's towing. I slid into a ditch due to icy roads (and possible donut consumption). They arrived quickly (when other's estimated 3+ hours, including useless AAA). My car was pulled out of the ditch, fully functionable and i was able to drive away... (still didn't find the other half of my donut though). Highly recommend them!! (Joe's, not the donut).

We are so grateful to Joe's Towing and Auto Repair for coming to the rescue of our daughter who was stranded on 71 with a flat tire in a snowstorm. She was driving back to college and we were about an hour and a half from her when we received her call. With the snow and the traffic passing her, it was a scary situation. She sent me a screenshot of local towing companies and fortunately I picked Joe's Towing. He was very patient and kind on the phone which gave us comfort in the stressful situation. He was able to get to her quickly. Luckily, a State Highway Patrol officer had also stopped earlier and kept her safe until Joe arrived. Joe's was able to replace her tire and had her back on the road very soon. All of the employees were so nice to her. We are eternally grateful to the people who helped our daughter. Thank you!

We had a situation in our family where our niece was stranded on the side of I-71 somewhere north of Columbus with her young daughter. She wasn't quite sure where she was or what to do and we were all up in Sandusky trying to figure out how to help. Mind you that this was all late on a Saturday afternoon so trying to find a service garage that was open was near impossible. In comes JOE'S TOWING to the rescue!! 1st... Joe, himself, answered the phone. 2nd... he patiently waited & worked with us as we had another person on a different call with our niece. Between all of us we were able to pinpoint her location and Joe was able to get to her within 30 minutes. He then went the extra mile to drop our niece and her daughter off at a McDonalds to wait for their ride that was coming from Lorain. Joe was kind, patient, helpful and took great care of our family. We are so grateful that he was there to save the day. I know the car needed some work that he was also able to handle but my bigger concern and praise was for the way he quickly was able to help and that he, too, was concerned for their safety. Our niece also said he was super nice. I never had an opportunity to meet him in person but the family is truly appreciative that Joe answered our call on a Saturday afternoon to go find a young mother "somewhere north of Columbus". -Beth
